Gate Unlocking by Voice

The aim of this BSc. thesis is to create a device for authentication based on human voice. The solution is based on the BSAPI speech processing library developed by Phonexia. The library written in C++ was ported to the Raspberry Pi B+ device. The core functionality of the application was implemented in a Python script. The resulting solution is certainly interesting and may become a reliable security system in near future.

Návrh konstrukčního řešení obslužného pultu v pizzerii dle zadaného návrhu a požadavků

This bachelor's thesis contains proposal of the constructional solution of the operating desk at the pizzeria and it respects client and safety requirements for furniture according to valid standards. Constructional solution is composed of drawing documentation and accepts production and client requirements. It also includes bills of material, economic evaluation, calculation of costs and visualizations. This bachelor's thesis deals with themes of creating of public interiors and constructional solutions of the furniture in these interiors, anthropometry and ergonomics. The thesis takes into account qualities of used materials. There is also research of present solutions of solved interior and its evaluation. This information is used for determination of own solution with regard to specified requirements.

Metoda: V práci byla použita metoda nepřímého pozorování. Pomocí sporttesterů a videozáznamu byla zaznamenána potřebná data, která poslouží k objasnění cílů práce. Výsledky: Výsledky naší práce identifikovali velikost zatížení z hlediska celkového e výdeje a průměrné srdeční frekvence v mistrovském fotbalovém utkání žen na vrcholové výkonnostní úrovni. With the increasing number of patients suffering from some metabolic diseases leading to the development of atherosclerosis there is an urgent need for early diagnosis of the scale. If we think about disability sclerotic cerebral arteries, the optimal method of investigation is duplex ultrasonography, which is relatively inexpensive and friendly for the patient. To assess not only the structure and extent of atherosclerotic plaque, but also to assess the extent of any narrowing of the arteries and to evaluate the hemodynamic impact of structural changes present. It is an ideal candidate for screening in primary or secondary prevention of stroke, as well as for regular checks dispensarized patients. Knowledge of normal hemodynamic conditions in the cervical carotid stream is necessary in the assessment of various pathological conditions. This paper seeks to offer the most comprehensive view on the issue of carotid stenoses ultrasonografisty eyes. For practical reasons we focus on localized stenosis in the carotid bulb, the number is high above the stenosis in other locations.

Měření a kubírování dříví harvestory v porovnání s manuálními postupy

The diploma thesis is focused on comparison between timber measurement and log volume determination by harvesters and manual methods. The issues of measurement by harvesters is calibration of measuring system and principle of measurement, searching of source of mistakes and influeancing. In field conditions on property of Lesní správa Bruntál, LČR s.p. was performed an analysis of measurement with a difference between harvester and manual measuring from 1,14 % to 3,20 %. The measurement was realized in a random bark beetle extraction. Harvesting was performed by harvestor Timberjack 1270 D equipped with TimbermaticTM 300 system.

Intelligent Meeting Room Controlled by Voice

The aim of the thesis is to design and create system for intelligent room controlled by voice. The solution is based on Phonexia Speech Engine developed by Phonexia. The system runs on Raspberry Pi. The core functionality of the system is implemented in Python. The resulting solution is certainly interesting and with some updates may become intelligent assistant for meettings.

Návrh konstrukčního řešení jídelní sestavy do kuchyně bytového interiéru dle zadaného návrhu a požadavků

This thesis includes proposal of constructional solution of dining set which is located in the kitchen interior. It fulfils defined conditions and requirements of valid standards including safety standards. Constructional solution consists of mechanical drawings that it fulfils manufacturing conditions and client options. There are also created bills of materials, economic assessment and visualisations. This thesis deals with the issues of kitchen interiors with dining area and constructional solution of dining furniture sets. Furthermore, the thesis describes anthropometry and ergonomics. The obtained information and findings are then used in options of used materials. The thesis includes a literature research of current kitchen bench models and its evaluation. Building on these evaluations there are determined own solutions and options according to requirements.

Facebook in czech printed media between 2006 - 2009

The goal of this study is to explore how Czech printed media referred about online social network Facebook from its founding till the period when number of Czech users reached approximately one million. Contend analysis is being used as a research method. Covered period is from September 2005 until end of July 2009. The study is grounded in the diffusion of innovation theory as well as in the social-constructivist view on media. Previous foreign studies with a similar topics are also presented in the theoretical part. Methodological part deals with the method of content analysis and presents research questions as well as the research sample. Analytical part presents results of the research, relates them to the theoretical standpoints and puts them into historical context. Findings show that during observed period there were changes in the way and intensity how Facebook was presented and that there could be found themes that Facebook was predominantly associated with.
