Rhythmic Gymnastics in School and Extra-Curricular Physical Education

Cíl práce se podařilo splnit. Cílem mé práce bylo zmapovat možnosti výuky moderních gymnastických forem na zš/sš v Praze a okolí a zjistit, zda absolventi kurzu moderních gymnastických forem, který pořádala PedF UK, využívají získané teoretické a praktické znalosti v praxi. Dílčí cíle byly zjistit, kolikrát měsíčně a v jakých třídách se moderní gymnastické formy vyučují, zjistit preference moderních gymnastických forem učitelů v hodinách TV, zjistit úroveň výuky moderních gymnastických forem u vybraného vzorku učitelů na základě hospitací v hodinách TV se zaměřením na MGF a porovnat výuku MGF absolventů kurzu s učiteli TV jiných ZŠ/SŠ na základě vrácených dotazníků. Na základě vrácených dotazníků od učitelů ZŠ/SŠ i absolventů kurzu jsem zaznamenala možnosti výuky na ZŠ/SŠ v Praze a okolí. Vyhodnocením vrácených dotazníků od absolventů kurzu moderních gymnastických forem, který pořádala PedF UK, jsem zjistila, že 30 učitelů z 31 (což je 96,8 %) využívá z tohoto kurzu získaných teoretických a praktických znalostí v praxi. Vyhodnocením jednotlivých dotazníků od učitelů ZŠ/SŠ jsem zjistila, že moderní gymnastické formy se zařazují v hodinách TV, avšak nejsou automatickou součástí všech škol. Comparison of IFRS and Czech Accounting Legislation in Fixed Assets and Provisions

This bachelor’s thesis is aimed at accounting procedures comparison of International Financial Reporting Standards and Czech accounting legislation. The objective of this thesis is to identify important differences in field of fixed assets and provisions accounting and to assess how the application of IFRS influences the productivity image of particular corporation. In terms of practical part of this thesis it is assessed whether the convergence of Czech accounting legislation to IFRS would be beneficial.

Assessing the Synergistic Effects of the Selected Consolidated Entity

This diploma thesis is aimed at assessing the existence of synergistic effects of the selected consolidated entities in the Czech Republic. Using specific financial metrics, the objective of this thesis is to identify the synergistic effects which occur among five consolidated entities operating in the area of property. Measurement and evaluation are performed pursuant to analysis of financial statements as well as qualitative data and are supposed to lead to assessing the existence of synergy in given sphere of national economy.

Exploitation of Natural Resources of the Seabed as the Common Heritage of Mankind

The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the current and possible future developments in the exploitation of natural resources of the seabed beyond national jurisdiction. In the first chapter the term of international space is defined, while the second part approaches the historical development of international law in relation to the seabed. The second chapter deals with the concept of the common heritage of mankind, at first it shows its historical evolution, then this term is explained and the last part of the chapter is devoted to the common heritage of mankind as a principle of international law. The last chapter focuses on the use of resources of the seabed. In the first part seabed legislation is discussed. The second part explains the concepts of prospecting, exploration and mining. The third part deals with the International Seabed Authority and the last part deals with mining and its impacts.

Impact of the Implementation of Project "Třeboň - Spa Infrastructure Development" on Motivational Component of Income Tax of Individuals from self-employment

The thesis describes realization effects of the project "Třeboň - rozvoj lázeňské infrastruktury" on the ammount of tax income in the city, especially with focus on the development of the part of tax incomes. These incomes receives the city as a share of tax incomes from self-employed persons (by law of budget determination of taxes No 243/2000 Sb.). According to this law each commune receives 30 % of tax from self-employed subjects, which have place of residence in the territory of this commune. This share of the tax is called as "motivation component" and it should motivate communes to create new business opportunities to increase own incomes. The focus of this thesis is an effect assessment of realization of this project on the size of tax incomes in the city Třeboň. There is the model of fiscal federalism introduced in the theoretical-methodological part. This model is used wide in the whole Czech republic to describe incomes of comunes - especially tax incomes. In the practical part there is a description of the implemented project and its effect on particular targets, for example effect on size of income of local taxes and effeck on growth of employment. The main section of the practical part is the evolution analysis of the "motivation component". This evolution of "motivation component" is compared with the evolution of business subjects, which are registered in the city Třeboň (including the description of the regressive evolution).

Sustainable tourism in Novohradsko

The thesis is focused on analyzing the current state of tourism in Novohradsko region. The work deals with evaluating the sustainability of tourism. Part of the work is a comparison previously established state of tourism, which was monitored in previous work deals with the analysis of conditions for the development of tourism in the Novohradsko region. Another part of the work product is designed to ensure sustainability of tourism. The product is a tourist book. In this work are formulated proposals and recommendations for improving the existing situation. To find the necessary information was used situational analysis and field survey.

Possibility of tourism development in light of kinds and forms in Novohradsko

This work deals with the analysis of conditions for the development of tourism in the Novohradsko region. A product package in tourism coming out of the analysis has been proposed as a second main goal of the work. The analysis is aimed at identification of specific kinds and forms of tourism which are the most abundant and popular in the region. Measures for improvement of existing deficiencies and solutions for innovations of tourism are also proposed.

Corporate Social Responsibility in the medium-sized enterprises and the role of personal management

The work is devoted mainly to differences in the concept of social responsibility small, medium and large enterprises in the Czech Republic. Today is in our country still not too well-known social responsibility theme mainly among small firms. This is perhaps the fact that small companies problems do not know, or feel that they are not concerned, or such investment comes unnecessary and, if appropriate, or do not know how to get started. this is the reason why I decided to devote a thesis of corporate social responsibility. Influence of personal management is to show that social responsibility is not only a marketing tool to improve the image of the company.
