Employer Branding at SETOS Retail Ltd.

The master´s thesis summarizes complex view on employer branding, including formation of theoretical base, which is then applied in the form of actual employer branding project at SETOS Retail Ltd. The thesis aims to design particular stages in the process of creating employer`s brand creation, which optimize effectiveness of following processes in human resources, after that the process is being created and its benefits are evaluated at the company. The designed stages are based on the theoretical base, situational and employee analysis. The thesis consists of creation of the EVP (Employee Value Proposition), company values and mission that have been defined based on qualitative research with employees. The master´s thesis embodies creation of the Culture-Book Life Hacking, the company profile on the platform COCUMA and definition of the recruitment processes including onboarding of employees. Finally, mainly monitoring employee retention validates the thesis` contribution and benefits.
Employment of disabled persons in the Czech Republic and European Union

The objective of this thesis is to suggest possible improvements and ways to increase the efficiency of employment support and subsidies for disabled people in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into a theoritical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the employment of disadvanatged groups of people in the labour market, legislation adjusting this issue, tools and financial subsidies from the Czech government, as well as the current state and problems of the Czech labour market itself. The practical part contains an employment analysis of disabled persons in the European Union with a closer focus on certain countries. Two surveys were carried out, targeting both employers and disabled employees. Based on the results of the questionnaires, proffessional literature, previous analyses and a comaprison between selected European countries, potential improvements and ideas are suggested to improve the current system of employment and financial subsidies for disabled people in the Czech Republic.
New Recruitment procedures

This Diploma Thesis is focused on new procedures in recruitment. Special attention is primarily given to online recruitment and coherent social networks. The major objective is to assess recruitment procedure in a particular company, especially whether and to what extent the company focuses on external environment, accepts current trends and applies new methods of recruitment. Based on superior enquiry, the analysis of current state of the recruitment process was made. As a next step, using comparison of this analysis with the theoretical foundations led to identification of weaknesses and strengths of the process. It was found that analysed company is trying to accept new trends, however, there were identified drawbacks, which could be eliminated by introduction of formulated optimization proposals.
The Analysis of the Employee Benefit System at a Particular Organization

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on employee benefits at a particular organization. The first part summarizes basic theoretical knowledge gained from professional literature. The second part introduces the particular organization, its history and the current system of employee benefits, which is analyzed by means of a survey. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the employee satisfaction with employee benefits and to identify strengths and weaknesses of this benefit system. The final part defines measures to be taken to improve functioning of the benefit system at the particular organization.
Labour mobility in the Czech Republic

The two main goals of the bachelor's thesis are to evaluate the possible effects of the pilot project, supporting labour mobility in the Czech republic and to describe, whether it is worth to take a long distance job in selected regions of the Czech republic. The first part of the bachelor's thesis contains 5 chapters that explain the main terms, concerning the topic. The second part of the bachelor's thesis is separated into two single quantitative researches made by analysing and comparing secondary data. Last chapter sums up the results of the bachelor's thesis.
E-learning as a tool leading to increasing efficiency in education

This Bachelors Thesis deals with theoretical basics in education process, learning theories and its efficiency. Further it describes modern attitudes in education, e-learning system and its types, tools and concepts, it deals with latest modern trending tools and problems in educational segment. Listed information creates basic structure for practical part of this thesis. Mentioned part consists of research and analysis of actual learning process of Human Resource Management 1 which is a subject that is part of education program at University of Economics in Prague. Further, the Thesis consists of suggested concept that extends actual education process with modern e-learning tools and methods which lead to increasing efficiency and attractiveness of learning with possibility of real implementation.
Problematics of high employee turnover in hotel Thermal

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on high employee turnover in a specific company. Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part consists of definitions, theoretical starting-points and methods connected with employee turnover. In the beginning of the second part the hotel is briefly introduced. In the main body of second part I have analysed the situation in the hotel based on internal documents, hotel´s official web page, official statistics and an interview with company´s manager. Using the knowledge in the theoretical part I have proposed several changes in order to decrease employee turnover.
Formation of the motivational program in a manufacturing company

The diploma thesis deals with motivation of employees in a manufacturing company. The main goal of this this thesis is to analyse the needs for employee motivation and based on this analysis to suggest a motivational program that would be suitable for the HEYCO WERK ČR Ltd. company. The aim of the thesis is also to set the system according to the specifics of a manufacturing company. The analysis was performed on the real data of the HEYCO ČR company. This firm has currently a hundred employees so it is possible to approach to the departments needs individually.
Application of university graduates in the labor market

This thesis deals with the application of university graduates in the labor market. The main aim of this thesis is to find out how graduates apply for the job market, and propose any recommendations to enhance their employability. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the knowledge from literature and defines the basic concepts and theoretical basis related to the labor market and graduates of university. The practical part contains an analysis of a questionnaire survey conducted among university graduates. The final part summarizes the results of the survey and includes recommendations, which should help to improve their employability in the labor market.
Motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of employees as determinants of work performance

The Master´s Thesis deals with the issue of motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of employees as determinants of work performance. The aim of this Thesis is to analyse the level of motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of employees in a particular insurance-brokerage company, asses the influence of these variables on the work performance and devise recommendations for the company how to optimize the motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of their employees. The first part of the Thesis deals with the terminology of this issue, the second part deals with the analysis of motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of employees based on a survey among the employees. There is also an analysis of dependence of work performance on these variables. At the end of the Thesis there are recommendations that can increase the level of motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of employees of this company.
