ANALYZIS OF THE PROCESSING MACHINE CAPABILITY IN BUS PRODUCTION

The diploma thesis deals with an analysis of the processing machine capability in bus production. The goal is to evaluate the capability of the CNC laser processing machine in conditions of Iveco Czech Republic, Ltd., Vysoke Myto. In the theoretical part, the thesis studies measurements and capability of the processing machine; the practical part describes the present state of production and suggests a solution of the assigned task.

Quantification of measurement accuracy of the pressure losses at evaluation of aluminium casting porosity

The diploma thesis deals with a matter of a leak testingo of the Schreiner devices in the company Kovolis Hedvikov a.s. The tested components are the heat exchangers made from alloy of aluminium used for automobiles. Due to the impact of porosity texture created during the components casting there is leaking. The analysis was accomplished to find out the most problematic parts of these components. Subsequently the testing and measuring were performed in order to classify the testing and detect its accuracy. The summary and suggested solutions of how to improve the accuracy of measuring of the aluminium components leaking are presented in the conclusion.

The evaluation of accuracy and eligibility coordinate machines PIONEER DEA

This bachelor thesis deals with the accuracy and the qualification of coordinate measuring instrument Pioneer Dea. A target of the thesis is to represent measurement uncertainty using a method of International Vocabulary of Basis and General Terms in Metrology, and for the selected product to determine a qualification of the check process. The evaluation of the qualification of the measuring instrument is performed via method of coefficients cg and cgk. In addition there are calculated measurement uncertainty and via qualification indicator gpp the check process of the selected product is evaluated.

The use of nanofibres strain gauges for construction of linear sensors

The aim of this thesis was to determine the basic characteristics of behavior of nanofiber strain gauges and on the basis of experimental measurements to confirm the suitability of the design of the length sensors. There was a product designed with a swivel arm whose rotation burdens the nanofiber strain gauge affixed to the flat side of the cut. Some measurements were carried out to find out a suitable direction of the loading pressure and to reveal the area showing the linear behavior. This linear area is approximately between 44 ÷ 92 % of the range of the nanostrain gauge (0% maximum load tensile, 100% maximum load pressure). Other measurements dealt with temporal stability of the output value at each point. The outcome of these experiments was to determine the methodology and to propose the design of sensors for further tests, the aim of which was to develop a sensor for measuring small diameters (from 1 to 5 mm). The main effect of this graduation theses is detailed project for control process of exactness of angular measuring instruments. It is necessary to produce conponents with sufficient accuracy for correct function of machines. That is why there is very important thing to exactly measure proportions of these conponents during industrial process. Then the real parameters of finished products are confronted with measures stated in conponent plans. The final deviations have to fall into fixed limits. Measuring of angles is very important for replacing of machines´ conponents and for economy of producing too...

Aim of the thesis is suggestion of Measurement system analysis for a company in the automotive industry. There were made an analysis of requirement of ČSN EN ISO 9001 and ČSN P ISO/TS 16949. Next there are procedures for various measurement system analysis. There are camparison between company and standart’s requirements. Then there are choosen suitable method for measurement system analysis.
