65 IX. RESUMÉ 9.1 Sales Agreement on the Enterprise This dissertation concerns the enterprise as the object of commercial law relationships. It is divided in five thematic parts /blocks (see Section 2-6). In the first part I am dealing with a legal definition of the enterprise pursuant to the Czech Commercial Code. The definition of enterprise included in the Commercial Code is construed quite broadly in order to cover all elements of the enterprise. The basis for the definition of the enterprise is a decision concerning application of Montan Union Treaty Manessman dated 13 July 1962. No obligations belong to the definition of the enterprise. Qualification of the enterprise as a collective thing causes some difficulties, because the conception of the enterprise as a collective thing is in the Czech system of law neither defined nor legally regulated. Finally, I mentioned shortly a conception of the enterprise in the European law. According to the current legal regulation, the enterprise is understood as an object of legal relationships. I consider for substantial classification of dispositions with the enterprise on contractual and noncontractual. 93 Summary: Human Resources Management and its legal regulation The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the management of human resources from the general point of view and its legal regulation in the Czech Republic with the focus on recruitment and current aspects of reduction and redundancy of employees. It also aims to reveal the main problems and minuses in the law firms while recruiting the new employees and to suggest suitable solution to avoid them. The thesis is composed of seven chapters. Chapter One is introductory and describes the whole topic of the thesis and its particular parts. Chapter Two deals with the general description of the Human Resources Management and shows the main responsibilities of the Human Resources department and management. Chapter Three is about the history and development of Human Resources Management conceptions and points out different approach to personnel work within the last centuries. The main purpose of ChapterFour is to identify the main features of the European Human Resources Management. 98 Summary The topic of my thesis is "Employment of disabled people". I think that this topic is today in the area of labour law quite actual and highly debated, so it should not be left out of attention.. Disabled people are one of the most threattened groups of people at the labour market. They are confront the risk of long-term or repeated unemployment. My work is dividend into six chapters. In the first one I explain the main terms of my thesis - disabled people and employment. It is important to understand the next part of my work. In The second chapter I describe International Law, mainly main documents of OSN, ILO and Council of Europe. I concentrated attention on Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. In the third chapter I deal with the documents and rights of disabled peole in EC law. The Czech Republic is joined the European Union on the 1st May 2004 and from that day, the EC law became a part of Czech legal system. I directed my attention towards directive 2000/78 EC. The fourth chapter is focused on the sources of law. At the beginning of this charter I descritbe the situation in the Czech republic for 1989. Summary; klíčová slova Personnel management with a focus on personnel recruitment agency The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the steps within recruitment process of the new employees by recruitment agency. My thesis is also focused on the personnel activities of the Human Resources department which are very close to the recruitment. The reason for my research is that I have been working as a Recruitment specialist for 5 years with an experiences on the both sides - Personal agency and Human Resources department. The thesis is composed of 10 chapters and each of them dealing with different aspects of personnel activities. Chapter One is introducy to the personnel management area and chapter Two and Three desribe the history and actual situation within this area. Chapter Four defines basic terminology which is used int the thesis and chapter Five focuses on human/personnel activities.
