The title of the thesis is "The methods of molecular biiology in the court genetics as a topic of a specialized lesson on a high school". The thesis consideres the problematics of molecular biology methods that are used by the court genetics. It describes the respective methods and techniques utilized in the criminalistic routine. The work is split into six main chapters. The first, introductive chapter includes hypothesis and sets down the goals if the thesis. The second part dwells on the methods of molecular biology. It mentions the base information on DNA, methods and technologies used in criminalistics. Each subchapter attends to one method or techique.

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám výzkumem významu steroidních hormonů, především testosteronu a kortizolu. Práce obsahuje souhrnné informace o steroidních hormonech, o zvlášnostech jejich metabolismu, o jejich systémovém působení a vlivu na chování. Cílem této práce bylo dát dohromady metodickou část dané problematiky. Jakými způsoby popisuje literatura možnosti zpracování vzorků obsahujících steroidní hormony.
The landscape and the environment in science and biology teaching on the secondary school

The theme of this thesis is landscape and environment and the possibility of bringing this theme into the education curriculum at elementary and secondary schools. The aim of this thesis is to emphasize the importance of this theme to education, to map out the distribution of this theme in the curriculum for elementary education (RVP ZV), and offer some possibilities and ideas to teachers of how to work with this theme. The first part of this thesis is theoretical and is divided into three chapters: landscape, countryside and legislative. The second part of this thesis focuses on the didactic transformation of the theme, analyzes the curriculum documents (RVP ZV), and researches set-up and results. The third part contains two school projects about landscape and some other ideas for teachers. Instructive Picture in the Fundaments of Humanities and Sciences and its Historical Perspective

This diploma thesis was written in cooperation with the National Pedagogical Museum and Library of J. A. Comenius in Prague. It deals with the vast area of instructive pictures and especially with their potential use in teaching elementary school pupils science, mainly in the second year of elementary schools. The diploma thesis seeks to determine the significance of the instructive picture in its historical perspective, to state whether even nowadays the instructive picture is still a valid teaching aid in teaching of sciences in the educational process. The first, theoretical part of the thesis, the basic concepts concerning the instructive picture, didactic means and the so important psychological approach to perception of pictorial materials are determined. A considerable part of the thesis focuses on the historical development of the school instructive picture in general and on its development in sciences in particular. Also included is a thorough study of the teaching process with the use of rare instructive pictures in the past and the current aims of teaching sciences at present are presented. TITLE: Development of phonemic hearing in kindergartens AUTHOR: Bc. Pavlina Matouskova DEPARTMENT: Department of Primary Education SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Ehler, Ph.D. ABSTRACT The basic prerequisite for coping with educational skills, especially reading, is sufficient development of phonemic hearing in kindergarten. The improvement of the level of phonetic- phonological grade at preschool children can be provided with suitable equipment and methodology for teachers. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of phonemic hearing at children in the last year of preschool education and the related creation of own model of activities and aids. The level of phonemic hearing was carried among children from selected kindergartens. One of them focused on the development of phonemic hearing and worked with the proposed model and in the rest of the kindergartens the prevention of speech therapy was held in accordance with school curricula. Initial analysis was done at the beginning of the school year and comparing of results was done in the second half. The conclusion is an objective assessment of effectiveness of proposed actions in the practice. Development of Motor Skills of Primary School Children Assessed by the Test of the School Readines

The purpose of my research was to determine the level of motor skills and school readiness in preschool and primary school children. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part deals with development of motor skills, school maturity and characteristics of preschool and primary school period. Practical part includes the results of testing fine motor skills and rough motor ability using the assesment of the test of the school readiness. The results for children of different age were mutually compared and then compared with professional literature. Key words: Motor skills, motor development, school readiness
