Petrlíková, Eva ; Matoušek, Petr (advisor) ; Libra, Jiří (referee)
Background: Background: Supervision is one of the important tools to help people working in assisting professions. There are many literature on this subject, but it is a problem to find a clear specification of the notion of supervision where its limits go. For a person who does not know the supervisor, it is also good practice to know practical lessons for a better idea of how a supervisor really works. On the contrary, one who knows the supervisor might wish to extend his / her knowledge and compare it with his / her experience. Objectives: The main objective of the research was to provide theoretically available information on the concept of supervision and to compare this knowledge with experiences of supervisor. Another goal was to find out what they think they are supervising supervisors, how they think they are perceived, how they can be useful, and if at all. Finally, the third objective was to find out what viewers have on the current course of supervision. Methodology: The thesis was divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part completes the practical part and vice versa. In this qualitative research, semi- standardized rohovory was used. OF BACHELOR THESIS Relapse, models of relapse, prevence of relapse (case report) Keywords: relapse - prevence of relapse - models of relapse - risk factors - client The aim of this paper is mapping of relapses in a broader sense. Start from a wider concept of dependence to its definitions and characters. In theoretical part I deal with the definition of basic concepts, lapses, relapses, recidivism, according to of a several authors. I also mention the possible causes of relapse, such as risk factors or triggers, which increase the risk of relapse and can therefore be risky for clients and how important they are to talk about such situations. The last theoretical part devoted to the prevention of relapse include selected models of relapse prevention and selected techniques according to Geri Miller. The empirical part of my work continues with use of the PR models. Practical part is casuistic work, the qualitative research project of one client who has encountered a relapse in the past and several times in his past treatments. I met the client in the therapeutic community, where he had lived for some time and tried to move to the third phase in my presence. The aim of this practical part of this thesis is to present on a specific case the risk situation that preceded its relapses. Using theoretical...

This bachelor thesis discusses the use of case management in addictology services and its applicability in Czech Republic. The thesis consists of two parts, which includes history of case management, basic characteristics of the case management models and the principles of effective case management by Rapp, and processing and evaluation of data collected during individual half-structuralized interviews with members of service providers respectively. Interviews aren't part of the thesis. The pieces of information are processed based on comparison of the principles of effective case management. Outcomes of this work cannot be transferred to any other service providers, because researched service providers created individualized processes. The use of case management in Czech Republic is not completely settled and does not have stable foundations in medical practice yet.

Kubičová, Lucie ; Vacek, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Libra, Jiří (referee)
Addictology is a multidisciplinary field of addictive behavior. The theme of my thesis is the effort to find a possible connection between the selection of the given field and the use of addictive substances by the students of addictology or by someone in their immediate vicinity. The final thesis from previous years show that addictology students have a higher prevalence of alcohol consumption than general medicine students and dental students, and that more than half of all students in the Bachelor's cycle study smoking tobacco. The aim of this research study is to determine the extent of addictive behavior among students of addictology and then to compare it with students of other university disciplines. I suppose that the extent of addictive behavior will be higher among students of addictology than students of other university disciplines. The data was obtained through an anonymous electronic questionnaire filled out by 220 students of different schools and subjects. A survey sample of respondents was divided into an experimental group of addictology students and a control group of students of other higher education disciplines. At the statistical level of significance, I have succeeded in verifying the hypothesis that addictology students have a higher degree in their immediate vicinity of a...
