Revitalization Program of Floral Garden in Kromeriz

My bachelor thesis is about architectural and urban revitalization of the garden called „Holandská“ and „Pomerančová“, which is part of „Květná Garden“ in Kroměříž (this landmark is registered on the list of the UNESCO heritage list. This project create new space for visitors of the „Květná“ garden the Info center, show rooms, cafe and the theater scene. Revitalizes the curent entry building, where is located library with lecture hall and study room. Project combines present baroque garden with covered area in the main axes, which results in the new functional units. Contens and spatial solution of the greenhouse and a few other individual objects („Králičí“ hill, Baroque aviary) this is also object of project

Optical connections and their influence on transmission

The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is to evaluate the current options of connecting optical fibres and their application in specific situations. Firstly, I will deal with fiber optic system and its components in detail. Then, this topic will be futher developed by discussing fibre connection problems, fusion splicing for making permanent fiber join, mechanical splice and, most of all, optical connectors. In following chapters I introduce mathematical dependence of attenuation on the relative possition of the ends of fibers. Another aim of the work was to create an application in a suitable programming enviroment, which will be used for design of optical path.

Sports center

The subject of my thesis is the design of new sports center in Hlučín. The sports center has three squash courts, a gym, spinning, two exercise rooms, a sauna and a bowling alley with a bar. The building is a basement, has two floors and is covered by a single casing flat roof. The structural system of brick Porotherm. The proposal respects the sports center city plan Hlučín existing street and buildings. Further emphasizes the layout including wheelchair access, collateral design for the static, architectural, energy conservation, fire safety and safety in use of the object.

The Revitalization of the Brno Circuit

The thesis deals with urban and architectonic study “Revitalization of Brno Autodrom – Masaryk Racing Circuit”. Analysis of the area, formulation of the ideas leading to the final concept, formation of expression of the whole zone from the unit to the detail. Creation of the proper functioning scheme of the area. The author further proposes phasing in relation on traffic, need for reconstruction due to utilization. He selects phase of object “Gallery of the Czech motorsport” and compiles it as an architectonic study.

Pension in Píšť

The subject of my thesis is the design of new pension in the Píšť The property adjoins the second object with the wellness facilities (not the subject of my thesis). Pension has five housing units for temporary accommodation and a residential unit owner. Property is partially basement with two floors covered with a gable roof hip. The roof is fitted with skylights. The structural system consists of a basement formwork, in the above-ground part of the building brick of Porotherm. Pension proposal respects local plan piston and existing street buildings. Further emphasis on layout design including barrier-free access, security design for the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in use of the building.

Business plan – Financial services

This diploma thesis deals with a business plan of a private company JKWM operating in a business of financial services. JKWM offers to its client's advisory services and specializes in credit advisory and distressed capital solutions. In theoretical part of the thesis were covered necessary information and legislative demands for doing business in financial intermediary services and lending. In practical part of the thesis is a business plan itself with predicted future development and estimated financial results. Significant amount of chapters of the thesis is devoted to recent developments in an economic environment and to credit market analysis. Author provides a risk analysis of lending operations and marketing strategy of the company. Conclusion covers market share potential, evaluates credibility of the planned financial results and identifies an opportunity to establish and manage a fund of qualified investors.
