Master´s thesis of Multifunctional house is compile in project documentation by legislation in force. Design object is situated on plats 877/1, 877/2 in Jičín. Building is divided on two parts – administrative section, determined for project-atelier and apartment section with five apartments. It is four-storey cellarless building with flat roof. The both sections have barrier-free access to object including parking and elevators. In apartment section is barrier-free apartment in downstairs. Project is compile including static analysis of connection girder, fire safety solution and thermal technical assessment.

Industrial bakery Herold Brno

The aim of this work is to project documentation, which consists of documentation for building permits in 1: 100 scale and documentation for construction in 1:50 scale. The work is based on architectural studies prepared in the course AG35. The subject of the thesis is the solution of new industrial bakeries Herold in Brno in Horní Heršpice on the street K Terminálu. The solution includes both industrial building itself and its surroundings. The basic idea was the breakdown of the three basic longitudinal masses into smaller parts. They create the impression folded structures from individual blocks. The blocks are separated by a narrow alley, which is located in the roof blocks embedded in the mass. The overall appearance of the industrial bakery is also supported using cassette facade system on the front blocks.

The subject of bachelor thesis is a new domestic building with business premises. This house is designed by wall system POROTHERM. Ceilings are monolithic made of ferroconcrete and the roof is flat. The house has three overhead floors; the first one is used for business premises. The first business premise is a hairdresser; the second one is a tobacco shop. There are four flats in other two overhead floors, two flats in each floor. Each flat has its own loggia with a beautiful panorama. The house is located on the plane plot. It is located in Žatec in the building development of new family houses.

Manufacturing of Ladies Dresses

The study of " PRODUCTION OF WOMEN´S CLOTHING" handles new production building for the clothing brand CHANEL in the city of Brno-Zidenice, namely the use of "brownfields" in the street Rokytova near the woodpark Akatky and the city cemetery. Construction tries to sensitively integrate into the sloping terrain of the parcel and makes full use of its potential. The building is designed as a two-storey and consists of three basic masses; the first is administrative, socio-sanitary spaces and engine rooms, the other two forming the 2nd floor. There is a store, leisure and catering facilities and the production hall. These three basic masses creates a subtle, elegant whole, similarly as it does Chanel in the clothing industry. It leads one main access road to the building from the street Udolicek, which is linked to the service road leading to the warehouses and paved parking areas.

The objective of this bachelor’s thesis is a project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Nížkov. The object is situated on the cadastral area of Nížkov, the number of building plot is 943/108. Building plot is located in built-up area. The terrain is planar. In the apartment building, there are 2 floors with five residential units. On the first floor, there are two flats, a cleaning room, a mechanical room, a bike shed, and a cellar. Flats are situated on the above-ground floor. The main entrance to the building is on the first floor. The structural system of this building is a wall system. External walls are made of ground brick blocks with mineral insulation bonded with walling adhesive. Internal masonry is made of acoustic brick blocks. The building doesn’t have any external thermal insulation. The facade is made of heat-insulating plaster with a silicate top layer. The floor structure is designed as a cast-in-place reinforced slab. The staircase is designed as a cast-in-place reinforced construction too. The roofing of this object is composed of hip roof. The floor constructions are designed as a floating floor.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a new Industrial bakery Herold in Brno in the current location of a brownfield in Horní Heršpice, Brno. The project is based on a study of the Industrial bakery Herold Brno v the subject named AG 035. The aim of this work is a formation of a new architectural and urban concept thanks to which the nowadays unused property is put to use and creates a new pleasant workplace for the employees. In the surrounding areas, mostly heavy industrial buildings and factories can be found. The industrial bakery is used for production of quality pastry, bread, rolls, regular pastry and their distribution Conceptually, the Industrial bakery is based on/linking the production, people and nature. Newly built bakery consists of three masses, which are interconnected by corridors. The whole idea is based on the zoning of Horní Heršpice into two parts of industrial production and residential district. Administrative facilities are represented by the residential district. In addition, the two industrial parts are consisting of production halls and goods despatch. Functional parts are connected by glass corridors. The main element of the property is the continual atrium by which the production halls as well as administrative sections are separated from the storage. The building is single-floored, however, it has different light and construction heights. The mass composition is accompanied by three granaries. The aim is to focus the attention on the nature and to create enjoyable workplace for the members of staff. Therefore, the façade of the building is built with the use of glass façade panels with built-in expanded metal. Thanks to the glass façade a natural shielding is created as well as direct sunlight penetration is prevented. Moreover, a pleasant light dispersion is achieved. The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of the new civic amenities of the Nursery School in the cadastral area of Plácky in the territory of the town of Hradec Králové. The building is designed as a stand alone divided into 4 segments with two above-ground floors. Kindergarten consists of 3 separate departments with a total capacity of 60 children and 1 unit for hobbies with a capacity of 20 children and their facilities. The object is based on the base passages. All brick structures are made of brick blocks Porotherm and the heat insulation is added to the perimeter shell. The internal staircase is monolithic, reinforced concrete and external prefabricated steel. The object is roofed with a flat roof and the support element consists of reinforced concrete pre-prestressed panels SPIROLL. Drawing part is processed in ArchiCAD program, visualizations are processed in Lumion program.

This bachelor’s word deals with the process of a design documentation of a detached family house in a village called Janová. The building site is situated at the end of the family houses zone on the outskirts of the village. The house itself is located on the pot No. 905/105. It has two floors and no cellarage. The grounplan is going to be 21,7 metres in length and 7,4 metres in width. The basement is formed by the permanent formwork. The vertical framework beams are built of Porotherm Profi 24 and Porotherm Profi 30 systems, while the horizontal framework beams are built of Porotherm BN and make the ceiling. Wooden beams are used for the shelter. The roofs are flat covered by coating roofing.

The bachelor thesis concerns a project of an apartment building which is designed in an undeveloped territory in Staré Město, parcel number 6318. The apartment building consists of four apartment units which are situated in two above-ground floors. There is no underground floor in the building object. The roof is designed as a flat roof with gradient wedges. Vertical supporting structures are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. The blocks of the exterior masonry are filled with mineral insulation which substitutes the contact insulation system. The horizontal supporting structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic desks with plasterboard ceiling. The first above-ground floor consists of two apartments of size 2+KK, technical room, storage rooms and common room for meeting of tenants of the apartment building. In the second above-ground floor there are two apartments of size 3+1. In front of the object the parking lot is situated for ten personal cars, one of them reserved for handicap parking. The rest of the holding is used for a decorative garden.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation of detached house, designed for permanent living for family of four member. The house is situated in the region Jihomoravský, town Brno – Ivanovice, in cadastral district Ivanovice. The building has two floors. The main vertical supporting construction material is a brick Heluz with Baumit insulation system. The horizontal supporting construction above first floor is from ceiling panels Heluz. The house has a shed roof with 12° inclination. House is without cellar. House has terrace and porch.
