Information System Assessment and Proposal of ICT Modification

This master thesis deals with the evaluation of the information system of the company REDA a.s.. To assess the state of the information system and organization in general, several analyzes and models are used, which reveal possible shortcomings. The final part of this work tries to correct these shortcomings, when suitable measures are proposed, which leads to the improvement of the company's information system and overall operations.

The thesis is focused on two chosen standards of project management such as IPMA and PMI. The document covers fundamental terms of connected with the topic of project management. There is also a description of both institutions including their history and structure. The comparison of both standards and their certifications according to chosen indicators is based on the analysis of above-mentioned theoretical background. The thesis is based on information contained in official IPMA and PMI materials.
SYNCHRENOUS RECTIFIERS IN SWITCHMODE POWER SUPLIES

The aim of this project is synchronous rectifier in switched-mode power supply. The project deal with possibility, how increase in efficiency in SMPS. For increases in efficiency are very important analysis particular power losses. One from possibility how increase in efficiency is replace Schottky diode in output rectifier by synchronous rectifier, with is consists of a power MOSFET. The second part of this work is focused on practical realization SMPS with synchronous rectifier and with output power . The main task was reach high efficiency. On the end of there is comparing of rectifiers and electric measuring has been making.
On-board Computer Unit with Testing for Cars

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of on-board computer unit with testing for cars. The first part focuses on circuit design concepts. Measurement data acquisition module uses standard OBD2. The module is designed based on the measuring circuit STN1110. Measuring module equipped with USB and JTAG communicates with the nearby devices. The control module is equipped with ARM microcontroller. The second part deals with the implementation of software for the microcontroller and the PC application. Finally, test results of the on-board computer implemented are presented.
