Performer & Law
Langerová, Lucie ; KASÍK, Martin (advisor) ; SIMON, Jan (referee)
This bachelor’s thesis “Performer and Law” should serve as a legal guide for all the performers who get in touch with law in many different situations, often while even not knowing it. Individual sections deal with topics such as copyright law – authors’ rights and related rights, tax law and social security law. Step by step the text describes the situations that performer could be involved in due to his or her activity, all the rights and duties steaming from these situations and procedure to exercise those rights or performs those duties. The author’s aim is to familiarize people, who haven’t ever handled with law, with this huge phenomenon. Therefore, there is a comprehensible language used in this thesis, instead of that used in professional legal literature.
Control of manipulator model
Simon, Jakub ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The task was to study the physical model of the coordinate manipulator. It is controlled by two stepping motors by Schneider Electric and Beckhoff¨s industrial IPC. Then get to know the TwinCAT control software communicating on the EtherCAT network. Then revive the model and create a task to illustrate the functionality of the model with a simple ON / OFF third axis, as well as revive the industrial camera. Then create your own design of a full-fledged third axis and let it be realized. Finally, create an illustration application with the full-fledged third axis manipulator.
Comparison of NIRS and other methods to determine anaerobic threshold
Šimon, Jan ; Slabý, Kryštof (advisor) ; Dostal, Jiří (referee)
The aim of this study was to compare NIRS (Near-infrared spectroscopy) and respiratory parameters measurement in determination of anaerobic treshold. Additionally changes in muscle oxygenation (SmO2) were described during incremental bicycle excercise. Fifteen subjects, 9 men and 6 women took part in this study. To verify the reliability of the measurement, the experiment was performed in the form of a test/retest with a few day's delay. The value of SmO2 was measured in m. gastrocnemius lateralis and m. vastus lateralis. In addition, respiratory parameters and pulse rate were recorded during the examination. The data obtained show that the breakpoint in the SmO2 dynamics determined by the NIRS method means that the excercise intensity above the anaerobic threshold is reached, because the breakpoint is located in the area of the Respiratory Compensation Point. In the SmO2 parameter, it is also possible to monitor the equilibrium state during the rest phase. The SmO2 parameter after the ramp log terminates exceeds the value in the rest phase, and returns to the quiescent value usually within 2 minutes. The test/re-test method has verified the reliability of the measurement.
The distribution of the strain and differences of muscle activity of the lower limb during stance phase in two basic running techniques
Šimon, Jan ; Slabý, Kryštof (advisor) ; Pokorný, Jan (referee)
This thesis is focused on the function of the foot during the running activity. There are two basic running techniques taken in account - the rearfoot strike and the forefoot strike. The aim is to compare the distribution of the strain during the stance phase of running cycle and its relation to the muscle activity of the lower limb. To analyze the muscle activity we use the technique of electromyography (EMG). To measure the pressure during the stance phase we used Pedar - X insoles from the Novel company. As a conclusion we aim to map the distribution of the strain of all particular parts of the lower limb. At the same time we are bringing the proposals for eliminating the overexertion while keeping the same training intensity and volumes.
Estimation of Raman spectrometric instruments (785 nm excitation) for detection of dark minerals
Šimon, Jan ; Jehlička, Jan (advisor) ; Machovič, Vladimír (referee)
Summary: Raman spectroscopy is a widely used method in geoscience fields. Using a portable Raman spectrometer is possible to identify different materials, Raman spectrometer will participate in the survey the Martian surface. Its use is widely applied in mineralogy. There was measured a set of dark, green and some bright minerals of different mineralogical system groups that have been assessed the applicability of the chosen detector excitation at 785 nm mainly off-road equipment. The obtained spectra were measured off-road equipment ahura at excitation 785 nm and laboratory equipment InVia Renishaw and there were used lasers at excitaion of 785 nm and 514 nm. It was set of these minerals: Prehnite, Sulphur, Tyrkenit (howlit), Pyroxene (diopside), Libethenite, Toutmaline (verdelite), Dioptas, Klinoklas, Langit, Jadeit, Pseudomalachit (ehlit), Actinolite, Epidote, Augite. Results are composed of field measurement device Ahura, with excitation 785 nm and laboratory apparatus Invite Renishaw excitations with 785 nm and 514 nm. Measured values are arranged in tables, where the measurements are compared with each other, including literature and reference graphically demonstrated in the form of spectra. Subsequently evaluated their measurability. Keywords: Raman spektroscopy, portable Raman spectrometer,...

State funds
Šimon, Jan ; Boháč, Radim (advisor) ; Marková, Hana (referee)
This thesis deals with the issue of funding public needs through State funds. It is not very well known to the public, but very interesting institution with which everyone can encounter in everyday life. The main objective of this work is to define and evaluate the possible development of the State funds in the Czech Republic de lege ferenda. The sub- objectives include the legal framework for the functioning of the State funds (their financing and organizational structure ) and a comparison of Czech legislation with foreign, specifically examples of State funds in Poland and the Slovak Republic. The thesis is composed of five chapters. First part is designed to lay down the theoretical foundation for further explanation, readers familiar with the area of public finances, namely the budgetary management. The second chapter defines and describes the system of fund off-budget funds. The third part is devoted to the various State funds in the Czech Republic (currently there are six of them), their common features and brings positives and negatives of their existence - as de lege lata. The following chapter gives examples of international regulation that we can use as a source of inspiration. Last, the fifth chapter analyzes the State funds de lege ferenda. Its mission is to bring possibilities of the...
