Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Boskovice. The building will have one underground floor and three above-ground floors with a residential attic. In the underground floor there is a collective garage with a double deck car parking system. The first floor has two flats, one of which is designed for people with reduced mobility and movement . There are also two apartments on the second floor and one apartment with a roof terrace on the third floor. The main entrance is designed to the southeast. The entrance to the garage is from the residential area located in the northwest. The apartment building is designed from a single masonry construction system with a prefabricated and partly monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The roof is designed as double layer dormer roof.

Multifunctional building

The subject of the Master´s thesis is processing of project documentation for implementation of a new multifunctional building in Ostrava, which is set in the locality of housing estate. The object is designed with respect to surrounding buildings. The multifunctional building has four floors, basement and longitudinal support system. Object is placed to the gentle slope. In the object are six flats, which are situated to second and higher floors. In the first floor is situated bookstore, tobacconist and entrance to the building In the basement are technical rooms and cellars for every flat. Façade of the building is designed to fit into the locality of apartment. Construction will be implemented from sharped brick blocks in combination with ceramic-concrete ceilings on concrete foundations. Basement walls are from reinforced concrete just like stairs. The new building will be insulated by external thermal insulation composite system ETICS from mineral wool. Facade color will be in shades of grey. Roof will be in combination of gable and counter roof. At the object is situated courtyard with parking place for residents of the house.

High standard detached house

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is a high standard detached house in Litomyšl, Záhraď. Terrain at the buidling site is almost flat and it is situated at periphery of the town. The house is designed as a separately standing, two-storeyed building and it is partly cellared. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete, vertical structures are made of the Porotherm system. The whole roofing of the house is flat – one part is designed as a green roof and the rest is made of PVC foil weighted with gravel. All constructions correspond with the applicable ČSN standards.

Analysis of the Real Estate Market in Restaurant Premises in Hradec Králové

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the real estate market with restaurant premises in Hradec Kralove. The aim is to determine the factors influence the market price or market rent of this segment of the real estate market. The theoretical part defines basic terms related to the topic of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis consists of two parts. The first part was done a survey, which took place between the operators of restaurant premises. The second part compares and evaluates database sales and rentals of restaurant premises in Hradec Kralove.

High standard detached house on a slope

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation of construction of a high standard detached house on a slope. The building is self-standing and is set on a sloping terrain in the cadastral territory of the city of Brno, in the district Žabovřesky. The ground plan of the house is designed in the shape of letter L. One storey is partly in basement, one storey is planted in the terrain and one is above ground. Garage for four cars is part of the building connected to the house by a fire door in the vestibule. The roof is designed flat and vegetative. The entrance to the building is situated from the northern side. Here is also the entrance to the ground which is from the adjacent local road. The construction system is made of reinforced concrete skeleton consisting of columns and beams. The KMB Sendwix panel has a contact isolation system. Horizontal constructions are designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels and KMB Sendwix system components. The internal and external stairwells are reinforced concrete, prefabricate. Through the leeward to the basement on the ground floor of the building, we enter the residential part of the family house, but also into the garage and dressing room. From the hall we get to the study, the room with toilet and bathroom. The bedroom are includes with a dressing room, a bathroom and a toilet. Furthermore, there are two symmetrical rooms, each of which has its own dressing room, loggia, bathroom and a toilet. All bathrooms and the hall on this floor are fitted out with roof skylights. The hall, connected by a staircase to the first basement, connects to the corridor that is connecting the living rooms with a technical and also a relaxing part of the house. From the kitchen and the dining room we reach the wine cellar, cellar and living room. The aim of project is e new building of a family house in the cadastral area Pohled. I tis designed for a family of four. The building is partial basement anf ground floor. on the grand floor there are an entrance, the main day area, bedrooms, bathroom and WC. On the basement there are utility room, laundry, rehabilitation room, sauna and bathroom with WC. The building is designed mainly in clay block of POROTHERM. The ceiling is clay from beams and inserts MIAKO. The roof is mono-pitched and flat.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for the family house with a patisserie. The building is located in Hradčany na Moravě on the land numbers 30 and 32. The family house is designed for a family of four. The building has two above-ground floors and there is a basement below some part of the building. The movement amongst the floors is through concrete staircase. The object is built from the SENDWIX system and is equipped by contact thermal insulation system. Ceilings are made of ceramic beams and inserts. There are flat roof in the project and green roof. The building is based underlying concrete belts.

This thesis describes the design of apartment building in Zdounky in Kromeriz. It is a cellar apartment house, standing on the slopes. The apartment building has one basement and free above. Total consists of 5 units of different size and possible. On the first floor are two flat, on the second floor are two flat and on the third floor i sone flat. An object is construction of the ceramic blocks. Ceilings are of ceramic liner and the beams, the roof is gabled roof bag barn. The work includes project documentation for the construction.

This bachelor thesis deals with a project documentation of a detached house with a shop. The building is situated in Zdar nad Sazavou in Vysocina. The house is divided into a living part for a 4-6 membered family and a shop with computer and music CDs. The part for living is two floored. This is a two-storey brick building with a gabled roof. The shopping part is only one floored, brick object with a flat roof. The building is designed in the Heluz system and located in a flat terrain.

Detached house with a studio

The subject of this thesis is a suggestion of a complete project documentation of a family house with an artist studio in the town of Telč, Na Sádkách (Jihlava). A building land is situated in almost flat terrain, the cadastral plot No. 7316/12 on the outskirts of Telč in a calm mildly built-up area near a forest. The house has two floors and is made of ceramic shaped bricks Heluz, a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling. The flat roof over the studio is vegetative and over a residential building is finished by asphalt strips. The studio has a separate entrance and a toilet. The main social part of the ground floor is connected with the studio and with a relatively large garden. On the first floor there is a rest area with five bedrooms.
