Předmětem bakalářské práce je navrhnutí kompletní projektové dokumentace novostavby rodinného domu s uměleckým ateliérem v městě Telč, Na Sádkách (okres Jihlava). Stavební pozemek se nachází na téměř rovinatém terénu na katastrální parcele číslo 7316/12 na okraji města v klidové, mírně zastavěné oblasti v blízkosti lesa. Dům je dvoupodlažní a je řešen keramickými tvarovkami Heluz, železobetonovým monolitickým stropem. Plochá střecha nad ateliérem je vegetační a nad obytnou budovou zakončená asfaltovými pásy. Ateliér má samostatný vstup i WC. Hlavní společenská část v prvním nadzemním podlaží je propojena s ateliérem a s poměrně rozlehlou zahradou. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází klidová zóna s pěti ložnicemi. The subject of this thesis is a suggestion of a complete project documentation of a family house with an artist studio in the town of Telč, Na Sádkách (Jihlava). A building land is situated in almost flat terrain, the cadastral plot No. 7316/12 on the outskirts of Telč in a calm mildly built-up area near a forest. The house has two floors and is made of ceramic shaped bricks Heluz, a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling. The flat roof over the studio is vegetative and over a residential building is finished by asphalt strips. The studio has a separate entrance and a toilet. The main social part of the ground floor is connected with the studio and with a relatively large garden. On the first floor there is a rest area with five bedrooms.
