The master‘s thesis is focused on designing the financial plan in the company Partners Group Sk, which one is focused on providing financial consulting services. The work is divided into the three chapters. The first chapter contains the theoretical basis of strategic and financial analysis and financial planning. The second chapter is dedicated to the practical part, by performing strategic and financial analysis. Subsequently, the third chapter deals with the whole process of compiling a financial plan for the period 2022-2025.

This diploma thesis is focused on the use of Controlling in the selected company. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical basis and knowledge and builds up the theoretical foundation for the following parts. The second analytical part deals with the selected company introduction and provides valuable information and impulses for the last design part. The third part is based on knowledge of the analytical part and contains its own suggestions for the improvements to the company's current condition.

This diploma thesis is focused on the construction of a new bankruptcy model designed for small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction industry in the environment of the Visegrad Four countries. The first part of the thesis is focused on defining the concepts of bankruptcy, bankruptcy model and their placement in the historical context, followed by a description of selected bankruptcy models, a brief description of the construction industry and an analysis of constuction sector. In the practical part, the reliability of selected bankruptcy models is tested and then a new bankruptcy model is constructed.

This diploma thesis deals with the determination of the value of company Reda a.s. to 31.12.2019, by using income-based method. The first part of thesis defines the theoretical assumptions and procedure for determining the value of company. The analytical part contains a strategic analysis, financial analysis, prognosis of value generators and the compilation of a financial plan. At the end of the diploma thesis, the value of the company is determined using the discounted cash flow method.
