Determinants affect moths communities on intensive farmland

This thesis capitalises on data on non-target Macrolepidopteran moths captured by a crop pest monitoring system, operated by the Czech Phytosanitary Administration. The monitoring system uses 21 Minnesota light traps, distributed amidst intensive farmlands of the Czech Republic, and records abundance of 7 species of quarantine pests. In this thesis, I processed and analysed all non-target species (total: 704), captured during three years in 274 559 individuals. The data were used to study the influence of landscape determinants on diversity, abundance and community composition of the moths. For species richness, abundance, as well as community composition, large landscape scales (1 km radius circles) were more important than local scale factors (e.g., habitat diversity within 100 m radius circle). Additionally, regionally common land covers, such as percentage area of woodlands, were more important than regionally rare land covers. Last but not least, I demonstrated the positive effect of crop diversity on moths community composition.

The mail goal of this diploma paper is to make analysis focused on the products directed to the United States of America offered by travel agencies on the local market.Author aims to realize the current development of demand of Czech travellers for trips and tours organized to the United States of America, especially in reference to recent legislative changes made by the government of the United States of America.The analysis results from detailed characteristics of the destination and trends of Czechs outgoing tourism to the US. There is a confrontantion based on the present findings, offer of the travel agencies is compared to the potentials of the market.

Práce analyzuje komunikační strategii společnosti ČSA a.s. - vlajkového dopravce České republiky. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o marketingové komunikaci a marketingová specifika letecké dopravy. Aplikační část se věnuje strategii a pozici Českých aerolinií na trhu letecké dopravy, analýze užití jednotlivých nástrojů komerční komunikace. V závěru práce jsou uvedena autorova komunikační doporučení.
