It focuses on the influence of accreditation on provision of nursing care. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the importance of the quality of nursing care and with the systems of management which provide it. The basis of the thesis is created by a qualitative research based on interviews with ward, chief and head nurses. These interviews were compiled on the basis of the quantitative pilot research. The ambition of my qualitative research is to explain the causes of cases when accreditation standards are not met and valid legislative is not abided.

It describes the role of nurse anesthetists, which is defined by their education, competences, and job description. Patient care in the operating room is influenced by communication and the level of cooperation among the members of multidisciplinary team. The empirical part of this work is based on quantitative research and its method of non-standard questionnaire. The research depicts the current position of nurse anaesthetists in a multidisciplinary team perceived by nurses themselves and by the other members of the multidisciplinary team. Bachelor thesis deals with the competence of paramedical staff in cardiopulmonary resuscitation in prehospital care in terms of emergency medical services and the tools/equipment they use which are of course essential conditions to ensure that the effectiveness of the intervention was for the patient as favorable as possible. In the empirical part, which consists of a quantitative exploratory investigation, knowledge and skills at particular level of competency are compared. It compacts an idea to what extent we use our competencies, and on the contrary, if there are cases we act beyond our competency and responsibility.
The importance of dispather-assisted basic life support in the CPR

ANOTATION Zuzana Holubova The importance of dispather-assisted basic life support in the CPR Bachelor thesis deals with the importance of telephone-assisted CPR in the CPR. The theoretical part introduces the koncept of first aid, it is meaning and it is legislation. It focuses on cardiopulmonarz resuscitation in the light of the kontext of the formation and development of life-threatening conditions and introduces the koncept of telephone-assisted CPR and it is important role in providing basic life support. The focus is the empirical part, which is repared on the basis of quantitative research prepared by a questionnaire survey. The sample consists of 80 participants from non-medical public Hradec Kralove region, residing in the district of Nachod. The aim of the research is to map the importace of telephone-assisted CPR in the provision of basic life support.
Basal stimulation

The paper deals with the sence of a basal stimulation. It's composed of a theoretical part and a practical one. In the theoretical part there is global information about basal stimulation, its components and development. The paper is directed on positioning and the main accent is on the nest position. The influence on psychical and physical perception is included too. Explored group is composed of healthy persons and patients who are suffering from stroke and are hospitalizated on the Neurological clinic. In the practical part there is research that in praxis explores how do people react in the nest position. All of them expressed their feelings by drawing a picture with comentary.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation - equipment (recommendations, instruments)

In the theory part I was dealing with history of resuscitation from the prehistory to Guidelines 2000 and with the recomended procedure in resuscitation guidelines 2005.After that I wrote up the equipment which is used for the advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation. In the last part I was taking a think about legislativity which is conected with providing the laic and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The second, empiric part is researching the whole equipment (facilitations, gear and drugs), for cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the regional hospital in Náchod and participation of standards for inspection and usage of this equipment for resuscitation. The questionary action was proceeding from 4.12.2007 to 10.1.2008 in regional hospital in Náchod, a. s. by method of personal investigation. I used the questionaires results for creating two standards. I created standard "Default facilitations, gear and drugs in regional hospital in Náchod a. s." and "Methodics of providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation in regional hospital in Náchod a. s".
Nursing the patients with acetabular fracture

The bachelor work attends the means of nursing the patiens with acetabular fracture at The Orthopaedic Clinic of IPVZ and 1. LF UK in The Faculty Hospital Na Bulovce. It describes acetabular anathomy, pathogenesis and classification of this fracture, ways of treatment, nursing procedures by patiens with this diagnose, hygiene, extension types, prevention of complications due to long confinemet to bed, psyche of patiens, preoperative and postoperative care. The centrepoint of the work is constituted by trial investigation to compare the ways and fastidiousness of nursing these patiens in 22 medical facilities in the Czech Republic. Most respondents were nurses with specialization in function of ward nurse or head nurse with long time praxis.
The role of fear during catheter ablation in patients with WPW syndrome compared with those with AVNRT

This thesis concerns the role played by fear during catheter ablation in patients with Wolff- Parkinson-White syndrome (WPW) compared to those with atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia (AVNRT). The theoretical section defines the terms fear, anxiety, supraventricular tachycardia, AVNRT and WPW syndrome. More detailed descriptions are then given of the problems associated with supraventricular tachycardia, its symptoms and diagnosis, medication used and the care of patients undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation. The observation section uses quantative methods with the aim of analysing the causes of fear in selected patients with AVNRT or WPW syndrome undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation. In addition, research was done into whether there is a psychological difference between the groups of patients suffering from the above arrhythmias. Subjects were drawn from inpatients with atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia and Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome who were part of the radiofrequency catheter ablation programme at Na Homolce Hospital. The work is mainly intended for nursing staff.
The mistakes of non-professional during the first aid intervention

Bachelor's survey about providing of first aid intervention and the relevant mistakes, which are done by non-professionals. It guides how to correctly process the first aid intervention. The survey describes the principles of automated external defibrillators, telephonic assist basic life support, touches the law and connected sanctions when the first aid is refused. The study brings proposal to include the theme of first aid in to curriculum the core of the study makes quantitative survey of first aid assistance training, refuses of first aid, misuse of first aid and guidelines how to assist. The samples are ordinary people and professional, as well.
The risks in medical care, their monitoring and prevention

This Bachelor Dissertation deals with the topic of medical care risks, their monitoring and prevention, with a special accent on the area of medical documentation and the role of this documentation in the process of risk management. It mainly tries to survey the level of knowledge of medical documentation content among the nursing staff and concerns with the most frequent risk factors with which the nurses meet within their practice. At the same time, on the basis of the obtained data, it points out the necessity of systematical approach to the issues related to the content and purpose of the new form of documentation. The research which the Dissertation draws on was conducted at surgical departments of a district hospital in the region of Pardubice.
