THE USE OF PROMOTIONAL GRAPHICS IN PRACTICE

The master thesis consists of two parts. In the theoretical part, applied and computer graphics, fonts, and promotion are discussed. The practical part is aimed at applied graphics based on the graphic art extended by mixed media. Matrices made of zinc-galvanized sheets were etched in nitric acid. A set of graphic works was printed on watercolour papers. Individual graphics were placed at a promotional brochure of the company Printing House David. The brochure promotes the printing house equipment. When prepared the brochure, the software CorelDraw was used. Photos taken on the Printing House David and edited with the use of Adobe Photoshop software package are thematically focused on "printing machines" of the company. The photos are attached to the thesis in a form of sketches.

Problems of Women in the Postnatal Time Period.

This bachelor thesis is a theoretic {--} research work directed to the problems of women in the postnatal time period. The bachelor thesis summarizes basic information not only about physiological confinement, but also about possible complidcations that may occur in the course of this time period. All these problems involve Health, psychical and social spheres are involved into these problems. The practical part presents the results of the research focussed on finding the problems that the the women go through during the time of their hospitalization in the obstetrical ward after the childbirth as well as on the problems of the women´s acquaintance with these problems.

The additional proceedings summarizes contributions presented during Final COST C11 Seminar held at České Budějovice 2nd - 4th of December 2004. Conclusions of working groups WG 1A Ecology, WG 1B Human issues, WG 2 Policies were presented, evaluated and finally discussed. The examples of European cities green structures were extended by (new) experience of the České Budějovice particular conditions. The nowadays greenstructure utilization, interaction with users, planning, management and future development are discussed, including important instruments and challenges.

Possibilities of full integration assessed bases and tax base of individuals

This bachelor thesis deals with the integration of the tax base of individuals and bases of public health insurance and social security. The aim is to identify gaps that prevent integration and basic outline of steps leading to this unification. Thesis is developed on the basis of existing legislation. It is divided into three parts. The first chapter describes the people involved in this issue and a process of calculating individual bases at each of the bases separately. The second chapter focuses on differences between the particular systems, mainly different approach to classification of revenue into individual bases. In the third chapter I introduce arguments for and against integration. Various stages of integration from zero to full integration are described.

Developement of tax burden of dependent and independent activity

This thesis deals with the development of tax-dependent and independent activities. The main aim is to demonstrate significantly higher taxation of tax-dependent against independent activities. The partial objective is to summarize the development of taxation from 1993 until the end of 2009. Thesis first discuss the question of fair determination of the tax base, further examines the legislative regulation of taxation of both activity. In the analytical part the development of taxation is analyzed since 1993 where the numerical calculations show the impact of changes on taxpayers. The thesis records all the important changes that have taken place in connection with the method of calculating the tax liability, development of the tax bands gliding progressive taxation and the subsequent change in the "flat" tax in relation to the amount and way of using tax discounts and deductions, the impact of changes in the development of minimum and maximum tax base, the impact of the existence of a minimum tax base, etc. The calculations are performed on three types of taxpayers who are divided by the amount of their income to low-, medium-and high income taxpayers. Most of the results shall provide a comparison of the impact of tax on taxpayers performing dependent and independent activity.

Nemocenské pojištění, reforma v České republice

Práce pojednává o plánované reformě nemocenského pojištění v České republice. V úvodu popisuje důvody reformy, dále porovnává novou úpravu se současně platnou úpravou. Práce se věnuje i komparaci nového systému nemocenského pojištění a systému nemocenského pojištění na Slovensku, kde obdobná reforma již proběhla. V závěru zkoumá předpokládané dopady reformy na zaměstnavatele, zaměstnance a další související oblasti.

Mezinárodní smlouvy a systém sociálního zabezpečení v České republice

První kapitola se zabývá vznikem a historickým vývojem systémů sociálního zabezpečení jak ve světě, tak i u nás. Druhá kapitola shrnuje základní pravidla při aplikaci mezinárodních smluv o sociálním zabezpečení a koordinačních nařízení EU. K výkladu přispěje dostatek modelových příkladů, které lze aplikovat v praxi. Třetí kapitola se zabývá sociálním zabezpečení v ČR jak z pohledu pojistného, tak i z pohledu plnění ze systémů důchodového a nemocenského pojištění. I zde nechybí mezinárodní aspekty a řešené příklady.
