The work analyzes the development and salary differentiation in the Czech Republic and focuses on the wage differentials between men and women. It evaluates the impact of factors, which may influence salary, like age, education, work classification (KZAM) and region, where an employer works. Women labour market condition goes before the own analysis.

The goal of this diploma theses was to analyse working satisfaciton and motivation of 3M Česko employees. The first step was to collect the information about working motivation and satisfaction and afterwards the interpretation of the company research as well as the whole country research. Last thing was to bring the ideas about the ways how to increase the working motivation and satisfaction.
Employee motivation in the company Metrostav

The bachelor thesis is concerned with the area of employee motivation. Nowadays there is paid quite a lot of attention to this area, not just from a point of view of employees but as well from the point of view of companies themselves in terms of building a certain image of a prominent employer on the market. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the motivation of employees in the civil society and assess job satisfaction in selected areas of personnel work, to further analyze the system of training and development and evaluating and rewarding employees. Data collection for the analysis of employee motivation, I conducted using questionnaires. For the analysis of training and development and evaluating and rewarding, I received information through non-standardized interview with the competent employees of the company and I have conducted an assessment provided by certain company documents. The theoretical part explains the concept of motivation as well as factors affecting the motivation of a road leading to motivation. Falls below this performance management, evaluation and remuneration of employees. Next I will address the development and training as a way of motivation and overall essence of the corporate culture. Following in the practical part the theory will be confronted with the practice in the company Metrostav. I evaluate a concrete form system of evaluation and compensation, employee training and development and corporate culture of the company.

My bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation system for workers and the follow-up education system for workers in a medium-sized company. The theoretical part focuses on the generally defined terms and facts related to the evaluation and education for workers. The practical part contains a description and SWOT analysis of the evaluation and education system for workers in a particular company.

The aim of the work is to obtain overview with regards to the employee satisfaction in W.A.G. mineralni paliva, a.s. based on research achieved. In the theoretical part terms of motivation, work motivation specifically, essential tools in human resources field within company itself are clarified. Practical part is focused on results based on semistructured intreviews.
Occupational safety and health management system in production company Saint-Gobain Sklo ČR s.r.o.

My diploma thesis is focused on the occupational health and safety system in production company Saint-Gobain Glass ČR s.r.o., which is part of the international concern Saint-Gobain. Question of employees' safety and health is very important for this concern, occupational safety and health management system is elaborated in Frame of reference document, and all the affiliated branches gradually implement concern's requests to their own systems. In the theoretical part I made an overview of health and safety regulations' history, legal requirements, which companies have to meet, and institutions, which cover this field in Czech Republic. In the practical part I assess how documentation for health and safety system complies with legal requirements and afterwards I assess how company meets concern's requirements. I have used concern's tool, 20 steps audit, to evaluate the system, which consists of approximately 200 questions regarding all the fields of industrial hygiene and safety. The result of the audit has showed the implemented system works on a basis to comply with legal requirements, but still doesn't fulfill all the concern's rules. Company still has a long way to meet concern's vision.
Coaching in the International Company in the Czech Republic

In my diploma thesis I analyse coaching as a method of learning and development of employees. The main points of theoretical part are the Inner Game and GROW method. In practical part of my thesies I concider how coaching works in two different international companies in the Czech Republic - T-Mobile CZ and DHL Express CZ. Last part of my thesis contains confrontation of both companies.
Training system in the Food Division at Cedar Point Amusement Park

Cílem mé diplomové práce je poskytnou teoretické informace ohledně školení zaměstnanců a analýza efektivnosti školení pro zaměstnance v zábavním parku Cedar Point v USA. Teoretická část stručně shrnuje systém vzdělávání a školení zaměstnanců včetně základních informací o některých metodách školení. Dále je zde popis školení jako procesu, počínaje plánováním konče hodnocením. V praktické části se zaměřuji na popis základního školení pro všechny zaměstnance parku Cedar Point a dále pokračuji školením zaměstnanců v divizi Food (rychlé občerstvení). Samotná analýza efektivnosti vychází s dotazníku vyplněného bývalými zaměstnanci a výstupem jsou doporučení pro společnost Cedar Point.

The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term employee benefits and describes the most widely known benefits and current trends in this area. The main aim of the following practical part is to analyse the system of employee benefit in concrete medical facility on the basis of questionnaire survey and competitive comparison.
