This bachelor's thesis deals with construction and design for hydraulic servomotor bracket and valve's hydraulic control. The main part describes the history and types of butterfly valves. Construction part deals with selection of optimal design and there is made the strength analysis for the selected type of bracket.
Headstock for hanging of rotary filter

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to design headstock for hanging of rotary filter. First part deals about possibilities of hanging drum to supporting frame and choice of suitable transmiting element. Then it was provided experimental measuring of coefficient of sliding friction between flat belt, which is used to hanging of drum, and surface of stainless sheet in case of different rough surfaces and in case of different working conditions. Second part focuses on the design headstock for hanging of rotary filter and economical evaluation of fabrication.

The basic aim of this bachelor’s thesis is design of double-surface cooling roller driving for flexographic printing machine Mini 80-EG, which is manufactured by company SOMA spol. s r.o. Next aim is design of this roller, its mounting and cooling water inlet into inner space. Design is based on more calculations. The most important of them are listed in bachelor’s thesis. Bachelor’s thesis includes profile of submitter and principle of flexography’s brief description too. Results are identified at SOMA’s disposal. The main output is complete design documentation. The most important drawings are located in supplements.
Granulating machine of phosphate powder

The aim of this project is to create a suitable machine for granulation of phosphate powders. Production requirements to this machine are 4.5 t/h with 1-2 mm granularity. The list of all possible machines is introduced in first part of this paper. Measurement results of five different phosphate powders were summarized in the second part of the paper. These results specify requirements to the selected machine. In the third and last section the list of all recent companies offering granular technologies was set up.
Design of universal wire bending machine

This bachelor’s degree thesis deals with the specification, design and subsequent construction of a CNC wire bending machine for use with aluminium alloys. The machine is designed for bending suspension hooks and tension springs for use in anodizing processes. This thesis also briefly describes the anodizing process, outlines specifics of the suspension parts, the current state of the wire bending machine market and the solution design. Finally there is a breakdown of the individual parts.
Design of hydraulic travel of reaper`s drive unit

The goal of my bachelor work is Design of hydraulic travel of reaper`s drive unit on exploration of facts with these parameters: independent wheel drive, fluent speed regulation in both forward and reverse motion, speed 0-10 km/h. Briggs&Stratton I/C OHV AVS engine is used for working the machine. It's output is 8,46 kW. Dakr, s.r.o, company demanded, that approximately 20% of engines output is to be used for driving.

Locking device for sliding roofing of the swimming pool

In first part, this bachelor thesis tries to summary possibilities of covering and roofing of swimming pool. It deals in detail with the most expanded type of swimming pool roofing – the sliding roofing. The analysis of roofing efficiency has been performed and the primary positivities of this type of roofing have been founded. The next section describes constituent elements of sliding roofing. The second part of bachelor thesis focuses on design of locking device for sliding roofing of the swimming pool. First, the proposal of solutions was done. The proposal is based on two solutions. The first proposal is based on the idea of railroad conduction in all segments, the second proposal suggest the railrod conduction only for the biggest segment, the other segments wheel on the floor. For the design was chosen second proposal, created a 3D model and drawn the assembly drawing.
