The falls of senior people at home surroundings and their preventions

The tittle: The falls of senior people at home surroundings and thein preventions The goal: The goal of this theses was to finf out the degrese of seniors knowing at preventative moves which can avoid falls and through question forms to analyze how the information about danger from the falls at home surroundings influenced the seniors effort to modify their homes. The mothod: At my thesis I used the mothod of quantity analyses. I obtained the data through questionn aires. The interviewed respondents are senior people at age of 65 and more. I interviewed 130 respondents in total and Theky were dividend into 2 groups according to the age or purposes of this thesis. In the first group are seniors between 65 and 74 and the other group is represented by people at age 75 and more. The questionnaire contained 23 questions and was split u pinto 6 domains. The first free questions were related to personal datas and social background of seniors. Next free questions find out the fall at anamnesis and the others are directed to home safeness, foreknowledge about preventive moves and the reslting behavior of respondents in relation to Pasove increase of home safeness. Title: Inclusion of pupils with physical disabilities into physical education in schools in Prague and Central Bohemian region. Objectives: The Thesis analyses the current state of inclusion of pupils with physical disabilities into physical education classes and the experience with this process in schools in Prague and the Central Bohemian region. Methods: The procedure of public inquiry, created by adapted physical activity experts from UP in Olomouc, was applied to fullfill the objectives of the Thesis. The structured as well as unstructured questions made it possible to describe the structure of the group of physically handicapped pupils and found out especially the reasons for releasing these pupils from physical education classes, preparedness of schools for including pupils with physical disabilities into these classes and the forms of support, which are from the perspective of schools indispensable for the inclusion into physical education. Results: Inclusion of the pupils with physical disabilities into the physical education classes in schools in Prague and the Central Bohemian region does take place. Physical activities of students in special primary schools in the central Bohemian region

1 Abstract Title of the thesis: Physical activities of students in special primary schools in the central Bohemian region Aim of the study: The aim of the thesis is a comprehensive survey of physical activities provided by special primary schools in the Central Bohemian region. Method: We used a method of an empirical research. We studied a representative sample of special primary schools located in the Central Bohemia region in order to ascertain characteristics of the objects of observation. The variant of research was a status method. The method of data collection was a questionnaire. Results: The results of the research show a different range of physical activities offered by schools included in our study. The structure of physical education lessons is rich and follows the needs of their students. 90 % of schools organize one-day- programmes focused on physical activities. 70% of schools organize programmes lasting more days, 30 % of schools do not organize programmes of this kind. 70 % of schools offer no sports courses. Name of thesis: Usage of floating for regeneration Goals of thesis: Assess which aspects have influence on final enjoyment of the Floating procedure by comparison of survey results of two client's groups. Determine what impact has the facility environment, staff approach and the manner and form of providing the services on client's mental condition, inducing pleasant relaxation atmosphere and the overall enjoyment from the procedure. 3 ABSTRACT The theme of my thesis : Use of canisteraphy in the elderly retirement home. The theme: Theme of my thesis was to studying the effect of canisteraphy and its progress on the quality of live senior sof older people living in geriatric facilities. Qualitative study was focused primarily on ganges in sociability and social skills, cognitive area, especially perception of stimulation, memory training, attention and influence on overall to a new environment in a retirement home. Methods : The research had a qualitative charakter, since my direct participation during the theraphy in the retirement home the metod of my research became direct watching the seniors in combination with interwiev. The Results: Using interview and studies, we had introduced the process of canisteraphy and its progress in a retirement home. Integration of a child with Cerebral Palsy into a drama orientated summer camp - a case study

Title: Integration of a child with Cerebral Palsy into a drama orientated summer camp - a case study Objectives: The aim of this work is to observe the intagration process and it's impact on the observed Josef K. and his surroundings during the two week's summer camp focused on drama or the drama classes run throughout the year. Methods: In my thesis I used a method of extraneous surveillance of a child: a short term surveillance, during a drama summer camp; and a long term surveillance during an over year drama class, taking place once a week. The other method used was individual and group interviews (focus group) with both: summer camp participants - being divided into groups by age (5-7 years old, 8-10 years old, 11-13years old, 14-16 years old, trainees, supervisors) and drama class members. All information gained I enrolled to evidence sheets. Results: Due to the attendance of the free-time activities, where he is confronted with normal children, the observed individual is used to cope with the real life situations and so manage better in his common life. He is able to distinguish when he is not being understood by his surrenders. Comparison of education strategies for children with autistic spectrum disorders in the Czech Republic and England

Thesis title: Comparison of education strategies for children with autistic spectrum disorders in the Czech Republic and England Thesis aim: Comparison of special education teaching strategies for students with autistic spectrum disorders in the Czech Republic and England Method: Comparison of two selected institutions providing special education for students with autistic spectrum disorders. Defining categories to select suitable school establishments were symptomatology of autism in all students and school specialisation. Selected key subjects to compare were education system organisation, teaching strategies, capacity, funding, staffing and the approach to physical education. Subjects of research were examined using the information gained from direct observation, discussions with teachers and their assistants, parents, management and other departements of both establishments, consultations with experts in the field of special needs education and also informartion gained from studying available documents. Results: The result of the comparison is the finding, that special education teaching strategies being used for pupils with autistic spectrum disorders in the Czech Rebublic are to the certain extent comparable to the strategies being used in England. Verification of an individual approach to children with ADHD

Title: Verification of an individual approach to children with ADHD Objectives: The main objective of this work is to determine whether an individual regular, physical wellness program will have a positive impact on children aged 9-14 years suffering from behavioral problems. Methods: Children diagnosed with ADHD were selected for research. The diagnosis was made both a physician and school psychologist. Children were evaluated by two psychological tests - Trail Making test, and Numeric test square. Teachers and parents were also interviewed, whereas the International Classification of Diseases was used. After the examination there were regularly carried out twice a week, relaxation exercises and games for a period of seven months and not longer than 30 minutes. After a period of seven months, there was made the same diagnosis, and case studies drawn. Results: The tests showed that the relaxation exercises did not improve the symptoms of hyperactivity, impulsivity, or inattention. Yet, in my opinion, they had a positive impact on children. Influence of Trigger Point in Acromial Part of Deltoid Muscle on Lateral Humeral Epicondyalgia

Influence of Trigger Point in Acromial Part of Deltoid Muscle on Lateral Humeral Epicondyalgia Objective: The theoretical part brings the anatomical and kinesiological description of humeral joint including the muscles of humeral girdle. It also describes the humeral-scapular rhythm and dynamic stabilization of scapula, i.e. the basic kinematical girdles of the upper arm. The practical part focuses on the occurrence of trigger point (TrP) in the acromial part of the deltoid. Consequently, an examination and evaluation of pain in the area of radial epicondyle was performed both before and after removing TrP by physiotherapy - combined therapy. Method: The experiment was carried out within a group of patients. Patients suffering from radial epicondyalgia were examined by means of combined therapy on Phyaction device and later TrP was removed from the acromial part of the deltoid. The pain was evaluated on a visual analogue scale. The results thus received were processed and used at the conclusion of the work. Results: The presence of TrP in acromial part of the deltoid was confirmed in cases where pain in the area of humeral radial epicondyle had been reported. Title: Educating Programe for Individuals after Total Endproteze Hip Joint Objective work: creation ofeducation program for individuals after total endoproteze hip joint and check on his functionality in practice. Method: It has been maked education program for individuals after total endoproteze ofhip joint, which has been applied on patient in orthopedic department in Hospital with policlinic in Semily. Structured talks and study I observed interference psychical state, recovery of individuals and lengths ofhospitalization by the help ofthis education program. Results: I found out, that informedness of patient before operation influences positive his psychical state and access to therapeutic rehabilitation. The cooperation was about anything simpler too. On basis ascertained results be evidenced by, that education individuals influences theirs surgical recovery, psychic state and lengths of hospitalization.
