The Rekonstruktion of Vyškov Rectory

Bachelor’s thesis is based on architectural study made in winter semester of the third year of bachelor study program on the topic “Renewal of Vyškov rectory”. The point of this architectural study was to discover suitable urbanistic, mass, functional and aesthetic solution for the existing rectory building and the site nearby. Northwest from rectory is designed a new building – coffe-bar and northeast a new building of spiritual centre for create unity with place. Existing rectory building is completely renovated. Mainly serves accommodation for dean and chaplain of the parish, guests, administrative work, meetings with and of the believers, renting commercial spaces, daily living for handicapped people. New building of the coffe-bar is summer running and serves a background for staff. New building of spiritual centre serves as a sacred garden, chapel and healer workplace. All of the buildings are surrounded by renewed public space and park, for better connection with Vyškov town centre. The work is divided into documents, constructional study, constructional part of the project documentation for construction and architectural detail.

Mixed-use Building in Ledeč nad Sázavou

The master thesis designs a mixed-use building in Ledeč nad Sázavou. The thesis consists of three parts. First part presents the project documentation of architectural-construction. Second part proposes the technical equipment of the building. Third part is assessment of the designed building by methodology for multicriteria evaluation of buildings SBToolCZ. The building is located in undeveloped and slightly sloping land. The building has three above-ground floors. There are three different operations in the building, which are a café and an electrical shop and an office part. There is a café, an electrical shop, technical and storage facilities on the first floor. The second and third floor is an office part and company apartment. Structurally, the building is solved by a two-wax load bearing system. The building is founded on footing and foundation slab. Load bearing vertical elements are walls, columns and posts. Externall wall is designed from ceramics block with and mineral insulation. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The building has a flat roof. In the building is air condition and cooling system and heating. Part of electricity demand is covered by photovoltaics on the roof. All drawings and visualization are designes in software ArchiCAD.

The Creative Centre Brno-Cejl

The main purpose of this project is reconstruction former penitentiary for a Creative Centre. The lokation is in Brno, between Cejl streer, Bratislavská street and Soudní street. The main idea of this project is „make the place with incubators for young architects, creativ persons and designers. The building program is adapted to the historical essence and construction and technical situacion of this building. There are designed spaces for their creations, exhibions, distributions and auctions of their artistic products. The idea of concept contains too the space for lectures, workshops, seminars, courses and untraditional educational projects, visual and acustic and different productions. There is too the possibility of short-term accommondation in attic. The part of this object is reserved for dancing lessons. All these spaces are designed for a rent. There are designed too new entrance spaces, parking places, technical equipment and facilities. The inseparable part of this project are inner atriums, entrance spaces and contunuity on public street spaces and communications. The complex of Creative centre is without mobile roofing and without covered passages. The main idea of this complex is to preserve the main square mass with the central wing, and is to clean up the less historical insignia extensions of the Cejl street and of the Bratislavská street. From the constructional poit of view consists this buiding two aboveground floors with used attic. The attic is coved with gabled roof made of interlocking tiles. The complex is based on stone basis with bearing wall made from full of burnt brick. The ceilings are made of wooden beams with arches of full of burnt brick. At the present the complex is without permanent using. The part of this complex was sold in personal property. Detached House with Confectionery

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is processing of building – technical part of project documentation for realization of new building of family house and confectionery in village Květnice. The building is designed for a family of five. The proposed building has two floors. Is designed as a standalone house on a flat terrain. The supporting system of the building are made up by system Porotherm. The roof is flat over the confectionary, over RD is solved by modern truss. The roofing system is used Bramac.

Residential House, Náchod - Tepenská

The purpose of the master thesis is the Residential house, Nachod - Tepenska. The building is situated near by the city center of Nachod. It contains 6 floors. In the first floor there are two comercial areas, technical room and parking lot. The roof of parking lot serves as a terace for the second floor. In other floors are situated flats. Whole building is covered by flat roof. The ETICS is applied. The insulation from mineral wool is used. The master thesis includes the blue prints of the building.

Reconstruction of the Municipal Authority in Radnice

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of the reconstruction of a mixed-use building in Radnice, which is designed as a four-floor. In the first floor are premises of a post office a pharmacy. The second and the third floor is designed for the management of the city and there is a public library in the fourth floor. The structural system is a cast-in-place concrete frame with the precast floor slabs and the gabled roof. The building is located in a terraced house on a square.

Apartment Building in Jablonné nad Orlicí

At the almost flat plot number 411/3, cadastre unit Jablonné nad Orlicí was designed a new apartment building with an service establishment. Local zoning plan of the village defines the plot as a buildable area. The building has one basement and three floors. There are 7 dwelling units and a hairdresser's in the building. The living area and the service establishment have separate entrances. The building is designed with wheelchair access. On the first floor there is an accessible two-bedroom flat with kitchenette and hairdresser's, on the second floor there are two two-bedroom flats with kitchenette and two studios apartment, on the third floor there are two three-bedroom flast with kitchenette. In the basement there is cellar boxes and technical facilities of the building. The foundations are made of a system of foundation strips made of plain concrete, external wall of floors is walled with clay blocks and insulated with external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Staircase and floor structures are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete. The building is roofed with a non-walkable flat roof.

Sports Center Fit4You

This master‘s thesis deals with the design documentation Fit4You sports center. The new building is located in the district of the City of Brno in the cadastral Brno – Líšeň. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton system with ceramic masonry infill with two floors. Part of the building with the sports hall is roofed with arched trusses made of laminated wood. The second part of the building with facilities for the hall is roofed with a flat floor.

The Creative Centre Brno-Cejl

This bechalor's thesis deals with reconstroction and further conversion of former penitentiary in Brno, Cejl to an art and music workshop. The major aim of the project is to establish a well-functioning base for a wide range of artist. Therefore amount of ateliers, studios and theatres are being proposed. In order to obtain more appropriate space for a cafe and gallery, a new dynamic structure was erected and joined to the complex in place of an older extansion. Inner dispositions were rather preserved due to its original manner. However the indoor space was adjusted to its new function.

Newly-Built Family Winery

The topic of this diploma thesis is the planning and realisation of a project documentation for a new building of a family viticulture (to be built between existing terraced houses). The building consists of several types of spaces according to the functional use. It connects the living function (an apartment on the second floor and a small guesthouse for degustation purposes), rooms for the store and services (the wine shop, degustation) and the room for stocking (wine storage - barrels/baskets). The building has three floors, the basement is entirely embedded into the terrain. The building will be located approximately 500 metres SW from the city centre of Lednice (584631), within the district of Břeclav in the South-Moravian region, on the lots 756/1, 756/2 and 755.
