Design of large capacity ATC
Šrámek, Ondřej ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design one part of a system for the automatic exchange of tools on a heavy machining center for non-rotating parts. This thesis was commissioned in cooperation with TRIMILL, a.s.. The first part is devoted to a thorough analysis of the issues addressed and contains a general introduction to AVN systems and their basic divisions. The second part deals with the various options of design and is followed by an engineering design of the chosen solution including the dimensioning of the main parts. The work includes a 3D model and drawings.
Design of tube marking equipment
Pavelka, David ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is construction design of device used for tubing signing, used to insulate conductors in electromotors. Thesis is based on close cooperation with Motors Leroy Somer company. Practical part is focused on choosing and designing the most appropriate variant of device with respecting specified requirements such is financial budget, maximal size of placement in hall and simplicity during manipulating with device.
Screw press 50t
Švábenský, Pavel ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Omes, Jiří (advisor)
Diploma thesis is focused on desing of the screw press, which is used for laboratory testing of materials by ECAP. Thesis included design of individual scructural groups and their destcription, including the creating of 3D model.
Design of CNC milling machine
Žák, Petr ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis includes design of vertical CNC milling machine. It also includes research in the field of CNC milling machines on the world market, which is carried out to select the appropriate machine parameters and the structural configuration of the machine. Another part of the thesis deals with the selection of suitable components, design calculations, manufacturing drawings and the 3D model showing the final design solution of proposed machine.
Lifting and handling equipment for aircraft overhead Accessories
Kaše, Vladimír ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The thesis is dealing with the design proposal of mobile handling equipment for the aircrafts´ overhead accessory. In its initial part it describes different types of manipulators in use, following by several possibilities how to solve the problematics. The main part of the thesis is focused on concrete solution and construction of such manipulating facility, including the strength and control calculations.
Design of a small CNC extension
Umlauf, Petr ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis it to design a fourth axis for a small CNC milling machine and a search in the field of control systems. The thesis is divided in to three parts. The first part is a search, with focuses on types of structures and their important parts. The second part describes two different designs. For the chosen one was made part of drawing documentation, a 3D model in Autodesk Inventor Professional. In the thesis were with calculations checked important parts of the design. The third part focuses on control systems that are suitable for milling machine. Mach 3, LinuxCNX and Grbl-Mega-5X were introduced.
Design of pneumatic cylinder testing equipment
Macek, Tomáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Tůma, Zdeněk (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of test equipment for selected types of pneumatic cylinders. In the first, theoretical, part of the work is an analysis of the current state of knowledge in the field of pneumatic cylinders. Furthermore, the problems in the field of measurement and testing of pneumatic components are described here, selected linear position sensors are also described herein too. The second, practical, part deals with the choice of a suitable design variant and the actual solution of the test equipment design. A pneumatic circuit is also designed here. Part of the work is a 3D model of the test equipment and drawing documentation. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the overall evaluation of the work and recommendations for practice.
Design of wood branches crusher
Labský, Jiří ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Novotný, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this master's thesis is to design of wood chipper connected to the tractor ZETOR 3011. In the introduction of this thesis it is described the general use of wood chippers. First part of thesis contains recherche from wood chippers' area. Then it is followed with the description of the own chipper design and with the basic design calculations. Part of the thesis is 3D model of the machine and drawing documentation of selected parts. Next part is given economic evaluation. In the last part of thesis is made analysis of risk.
Adaptation of the Watermill
Pavlík, Jan ; Hudec, Martin (referee) ; Klas, Roman (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis is composed of two parts. In the first part, there is a generally discourse about small water power plants, their structural design, mechanical equipment and economical efficiency and its function is to create the basic conception of the waterwork. The second one deals concretely with the small water power plant in Crhov, that was rebuilt from the original mill by Mr. Petr König in 1990s.
Optimalization construction tube lifter of spinner machine
Jeník, Jan ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The first part of this thesis describes the current technologies of mechanical spin-ning. This is a ring, rotor and air-jet spinning. The product of spinning machines is yarn, the basic material for production textile. The next section describes in detail the current state of the node manipulator lifter tube on spinning machine TORNADO J20, by concern RIETER. It describes the structure, kinematics, duty cycle and requirements for the manipulator. The following optimization options which are described more options for solutions of individual functions of the manipulator, on the end is selected by multi-criteria analysis. The best solution that is elaborate in the next section. The author has created 3-D model optimized lifter tube. Positioning mechanism maintains the current kinematics, it is very similar. But gripper was designed as a passive, thus reduce the load positioning mechanism. Optimization was performed primarily to reduce overall production costs and to reduce weight manipulator. The conclusion is a comparison of current and new solutions. There are also eco-nomic recovery to.
