Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh čtvrté osy na malou CNC frézku a rešerše v oblasti řídících systémů. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, první část je rešerše, která se zaměřuje na vybrané typy konstrukcí a jejich důležité uzly. Ve druhé části jsou popsány dva odlišné návrhy a pro zvolený byla vypracována část výkresové dokumentace, 3D model v programu Autodesk Inventor Professional. V práci byly výpočty zkontrolovány důležité konstrukční uzly návrhu. Třetí část se zaměřuje na řídící systémy, které jsou vhodné pro frézku. Byly představeny Mach 3, LinuxCNX a Grbl-Mega-5X. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis it to design a fourth axis for a small CNC milling machine and a search in the field of control systems. The thesis is divided in to three parts. The first part is a search, with focuses on types of structures and their important parts. The second part describes two different designs. For the chosen one was made part of drawing documentation, a 3D model in Autodesk Inventor Professional. In the thesis were with calculations checked important parts of the design. The third part focuses on control systems that are suitable for milling machine. Mach 3, LinuxCNX and Grbl-Mega-5X were introduced.
