Generating coordinate data for PCB X-ray machine
Popela, Vojtěch ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Hanák, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to pick up with the structure of soldering pads positional data of PCB Phoenix X-ray Micromex 180 and then to create programs for export of input data for this device. Theoretical part of this thesis is dedicated to the description of X-ray equipment and also, to the issues of conversion of positional data, folowed by PCB manufacturing formats description. The first part of the thesis deals with the process of creating the User Language Program (ULP) for PCB design software Cadsoft Eagle, in second part a program was made program for exporting data from ODB++ format.
Amplifier with Speaker Protection
Přibyl, Libor ; Schimmel, Jiří (referee) ; Kubánek, David (advisor)
The present work deals with the issue of speaker damage due to large displacement of the membrane at low frequencies. The main focus is the design and construction of the circuit to protect the speakers from this type of damage and the subsequent measurement of its parameters. The thesis includes theoretical predictions for the optimal design and implementation of the circuit. The work includes complete construction of equipment, including power supply and auxiliary circuits.
Audio signal dynamic compressors
Král, Vítězslav ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Koton, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the problems of analog compressors dynamics of the audio signal and practically verify one selected diagram. It deals with individual functional blocks compressor dynamics and shows examples of their implementation. Explains the characteristics of analog compressors and clearly justifies their importance. The thesis also describes the different topologies of analog compressors. Also discusses dynamic processors as such and summarizes their distribution by elementary principle and functionality.
D-Class Audio Amplifiers and Their Computer Simulation
Bednár, Branislav ; Herencsár, Norbert (referee) ; Kubánek, David (advisor)
This term paper deals with the class D audio amplifiers. The paper discusses the evaluation of the components of the amplifiers and descriptions , as well as the analysis of signal properties occurring in important parts of amplifier circuits. The Thesis continues with a printed circuit board design, amplifier implementation and measuring its parameters
Battery Management Systems for LiFePO4 Accumulators
Sejkora, Petr ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Kubánek, David (advisor)
This thesis is about BMS systems for the protection, management and supervision of battery-assemblies serial combination of multiple cells. Next part of the thesis is about facilities for an elementary protection of individual cells before overcharging and undervoltage. Draft shall take into consideration the simplicity, low idle power, security function, modifiability for use with other threshold voltages and low cost design. Function is verified by simulating the operation and measuring.
Low-noise switchable high-pass filter for calibrated microphone
Doktor, Viktor ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Hanák, Pavel (advisor)
In my bachelor project I focused on the principle of the frequency filters, dividing of filters and types of approximations. In the first part I focus on the theory of filters and design of passive High-Pass Filter. In the second part I focus on the specific design of the active high-pass filter.
Automatic switch between mains and accumulator power supply
Šišák, Dalibor ; Číž, Radim (referee) ; Kubánek, David (advisor)
This work deals with the solution of automatic switch between mains and accumulator power supply. For simplicity, versatility and variability of the device is controlled by a programmed microcontroller from Texas Instruments series MSP430G. Because one of the requirements is supply the device from battery power, the work deals with a design of the device, but also the selection of appropriate components with favorable characteristics such as low self-consumption or power dissipation. It also discusses how to protect the switching elements and the entire plant, converter for solar battery charging and the possibility of interaction with the user in the form of an information display and keyboard.
USB thermometer
Holub, Jiří ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Lattenberg, Ivo (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a problem of electrical measurement of temperature. It describes a various types of temperature sensors and processing data obtained from these. It describes in short the USB interface and its parameters. It also contains a design of hardware and software solution of thermometer using temperature sensor SMT 160, managed by microcontroller ATmega16 and communicating with PC via USB interface. Designed thermometer also offers possibility to save measured data to built-in memory and later load them from there. Measured data will be also displayed on LCD. Last part of these thesis is design of application for PC, which will serve for displaying measured data and adjustment of thermometer.
Design and implementation of interconnection tools for noise generator
Pokorný, Jiří ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis explores the way of implementation of interconnection of LFTX Daughterboard 0-30 MHz Tx and LFRX Daughterboard 0-30 MHz Rx cards from Ettus research and cards from Spectrum Digital. In the first part of the thesis the design of two tools for two way transmission is shown. The paper contains everything from the basic findings through parts selection nad simulations to the final production and testing of the tools. In the second part a way of controlling similar tool through USB is explored.
Inverter 12 V DC to 230 V AC with Protection
Navrátil, Petr ; Šilhavý, Pavel (referee) ; Kubánek, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with converter, which alters 12 V of direct input Voltage to 230 V of alternating Voltage output with frequency of 50 Hz. Introduction describes the basic parting of convertors. The chosen concept of designed convertor was based on that chapter. The practical part describes construction of this convertor including necessary safety shielding. At the end, the construction of the converter was tested by practical measuring and it was proven that the result meets with required values with slight anomaly.
