Mahenová, Lucie ; Strnad, Pavel (advisor) ; Benešová, Hana (referee)
A title: A health psysical education as a part ofprevention and a therapy ofchronic low backpain. An focus of the diploma thesis: The main focus of the diploma thesis was found if is it possible with help of health physical education with specialization of activation of deep stabilising muscles of lumbar spine and pelvic muscles on chronic low back pain. A method: To acquaintance with clinic and treatment of chronic low back pain I examined 20 persons (in average age 34 years). For survey about every of patient I created a sheet, which occupies with the most important points of investigations thoracolumbar part, lumbar spine, sacroiliacal joint, a part of a pelvic and hip joints. As a subjective method I took a subjective survey of patient and an examination of deep stabilising muscles. As a objective method I took measurement Thomayer and Schober distances. Results: Regular activation of deep stabilising muscles calm down troubeles in the area of lumbar shoulder and it reduced level oftension of throat museles. Regular activation of deep stabilising muscles of lumbar spine and pelvic muscles arranges a menstruation in sense ofreduction pains and intensity ofbleeding. Key words: a chronic low back pain, a deep stabilising muscles, a health physical education.

Title : Influence moving therapy on extents shoulder and coxa articulations by patients with ankylosing spondylitis Objective : Object of my work is effect therapy after training on the TerapiMaster® from S-E-T® concept by preselect patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Method : In the group was 1Omen. They were selected on principle criteria : age as of 40 - to 50 year, stage AS from 3 to 5 from finding on examination on X- ray studies. I was elected for clinical examination anamneses questionnaire, enters data and follow- up examination control kinesiology examination before and after therapy. Therapy took two moons, three times a week by 20 minutes. Effect oftherapy was evaluated by force offollow-up examination on the finis. Results : Therapy was interpreted on the result in compliance with comparision enters data and follow-up kinesiology examination. We can submit that patients after therapy haven't maximization extents on shoulder articulations. Then we can submit, that three patients were minima! extensions extents on coxa articulations in interior rotation and one patient for extension. Two patients have had minima! extensions in cervical spine for extension. Keywords : ankylosing spondylitis, Bechtěrev ill, training on TerapiMaster® from S-E-T® concept

Title: Corrective physical education in pnmary school curricula (grades 1-9) and its implementation in a targeted experimental group of older students at the Strančice Primary School. This thesis summarizes the current corrective physical education included in primary school curricula. It deals with the effectiveness of incorporating corrective exercises in physical education classes and the decrease in functional musculoskeletal disorders in a selected group of students. Aim of the thesis: The thesis attempts to map the use of corrective physical education in primary school curricula. lt also clarifies the necessity of regular inclusion of corrective exercises in physical education classes, especially in a selected group for which functional musculoskeletal disorders were found. The thesis evaluates the effectiveness of using corrective exercises by observing a selected group of students with functional musculoskeletal disorders throughout a certain period of time. Methodology: A selected group of second-level primary school students were observed long- term and tested using simple tests to map the current state of a group of primary school students. The tests and subsequent corrective exercises were chosen to adequately meet the physical education teacher's time and material possibilities....

This methodology will be demonstrated on the selection of exercises using photodocumentation. Method: Evaluation or evaluation of the effectiveness of the ongoing rehabilitation program in rehabilitative care after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Results: The results demonstrated a positive contribution to the rehabilitation and subsequent sports preparation for active athletes and due to the relatively low number of probands included in proposed program of 150 patients after knee traumas, who in a given period attended rehabilitation, were excluded from the research 88 because of early termination treatment .. The research was after all conditions are met situated 62 atheletes růmých disciplines. For these probands showed the positive...
The Influence of the Foot Receptors Stimulation by Kinetic Programme on Balance During Standing in People with Visual Impairments
Petříková, Lenka ; Strnad, Pavel (advisor) ; Véle, František (referee)
Work title: The influence of the foot receptors stimulation by kinetic programme on balance during standing in people with visual impairments Objectives: Identify, if we can by stimulation of foot exteroreceptors and activating of foot muscles influence positively balance process in people with visual impairments. Methods: Six people with visual impairments were participate in study. The kinetic programme was composed to excite foot receptors by stimulation of foot exteroreceptors and excercising of foot muscles. Porce platform Kistler and Footscan system were used to verify the changes in balance during standing. Measuring were realized in two times, before and after kinetic programme. The results of pretest and posttest were compared with each other. Results: The results of posturography show that stimulation of foot receptors caused increasing of velocity of postural sways in anteroposterior and mediolateral direction. From the results of Footscan system it is obvious decreasing of total travelled way in four participants in all measured stances and changes of COP trajectory in wide stances. There is no significant change in distribution of foot stress, most of the weight was situated on participants heels in most cases. Key words: balance, foot, people with visual impairments, posturography,...

Sentinel lymph node biopsy has become an importatnt tool for axillary lymph node staging in women with early-stage breast cancer. The sentinel node (SN), "guardian node," is the first node that drains the tumor. It is assumed that this node is the first location to which the tumor spreads by lymphatics. In certain cases, more of these nodes may be present. In breast cancer, the sentinel node is usually found in the axilla, although in a small percentage of cases it can be present wherever in the lymphatic system of the breast. The procedure is associated with much less morbidity than axillary dissection, and it has become the axillary staging procedure of choice for many surgeons. It appears that blue dye or radiocolloid, or both, may be used to identify the sentinel node effectively. A variety of injection techniques have been verified succesfully, and many factors previously thoughtto affect the accuracy of the procedure have been shown to be of limited signficance. The indications for the procedureare expanding, and the histopathological evaluation of the sentinel node have been clarified. The positive result of imunohistochemical evaluation of the sentinel node have prognostic significance and should alter the therapy. The aim of the model phase was to test if the location of the tumor and its sentinel...
