In this work is designed hydraulic polyp grapple for handling with wide range of materials. The content of this work is concept of new shaped handling equipment. There is technical processing of parts of the grapple, and calculation. Device is designed as changeable equipment for excavators.
Topological optimization of a crane jib

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of topology optimization in the design of structures and machine parts. The first part of the thesis consists of a theoretical summary of the current state of knowledge of crane jibs and their basic categorization. The second part consists of theoretical knowledge about optimization problems and the method of topology optimization. In the third part, an example of the implementation of topology optimization on a cantilever crane is processed using the Ansys Workbench software. The parameters of optimized jib designs are compared with the parameters of their basic models. At the end of this chapter, an evaluation of the results of topology optimization is performed.
Chain conveyor for moving pallets

This work deals with the design of a chain conveyor. It is divided into four parts. The first of which deals with the search for similar conveyors and handling units. The second design of the conveyor component. The third calculation of functional dimensions and forces. And the fourth is the strength calculations of selected structural units of the chain conveyor. The output of the bachelor thesis are drawings.

The bachelor thesis contains the characteristic qualities of oils and greases in the machines for groundwork and in agricultural machinery. It deals with the division, classification and procedures for choosing the right oil or grease. Further focuses on comparison with biologically degradable and crude oils and greases.
Workshop gantry crane with a load capacity of 300 kg

This Bachelor thesis deals with worktop gantry crane with a load capacity of 300kg. In the research part of the thesis there is an overview of existing construction solutions for smaller worktop cranes with load capacity up to 1500 kg. In second part there is a design, construction solution and construction plan of the specific crane. The construction plan includes various calculations used during the design phase of the crane as well as drawings of crane parts.
Automatic cleaning screens for small hydro power plant

This bachelor thesis deals in the first part with use of rake screens and their distribution by relevant parameters. The first part is an overview of the different types of rake screen cleaning devices. The second part deals with the construction plan of the device, which will be placed in the entrance of a small water power plant. Further the thesis includes technical calculations which were necessary for the choice of components. Finally the last part is a strength calculation of the main parts. The drawing documentation of the device and its parts is provided as an attachment.
Tracked auxiliary vehicle for driving in the snow

This bachelor's thesis deals with the conceptual design of an auxiliary tracked vehicle, designed for the support of skiing in snowy terrain. The research part deals with a more detailed specification of the chassis for snowy terrain and an analysis of a similar tracked vehicle. The practical part is focused on the design of the vehicle, power and strength calculations of individual parts of the vehicle and a description of individual structural units. Part of the work is an annex with a drawing documentation of the vehicle.
Rope for ship transport

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is a construction design of rope winch for ship transporting with 10 kN of load in rope, 10 meters of rope length, 0,1 m/s pulling speed and powered by one-phase circuit 230V. This work also contains survey of similar devices, strength calculations and drawing of welding assembly.
Garden shredder

In this bachelor thesis is a large research of wood chippers and garden waste shredders. Further, the thesis deals with the design of the own shredder construction, there are some basic calculations and then is made a 3D model of the shredder and drawing documentation this shredder. The drawing documentation consists of assembled drawing of the garden shredder and important detailed drawings. In bachelor thesis are evaluated the crushed materials on the basis of available information.
Long-distance belt conveyance

This bachelor thesis deals with the draft of long-distance conveyor transportation of dolomite that is crushed according to specified parameters. In the first chapters, there is a description of the conveyor transportation and its classification. In continuation, the individual parts of the long-distance conveyor belt as well as the characteristics of the transported material are described. In addition, this thesis deals with the calculations according to the ČSN ISO 5048 standard. The selection of individual components of the conveyor belt transportation is captured here as well.
