Synthesis of deuterium-labelled N-methyl-4-methylpyridinium dihydrogen phosphate

The content of presented bachelor thesis is the preparation of dihydrogenphosphate of deuterium marked N-methyl-4-methylpyridinium for its future study by the neutron spectroscopy. By the neutron spectroscopy will be studied mechanism of proton conductivity of this salt. Precursors of the organic cation were deuterated several different ways. As the most efficient was evaluated deuteration in repeatedly exchanged solution of potassium carbonate and sodium hydroxide in heavy water. Efficiency of deuteration was measured by IR spectroscopy, 1H and 2H NMR spectroscopy.

It is focused on the application of nano and microfibrous polymers as a new extracting material in analytical chemistry. This work was based on close cooperation with the Institute for Nanomaterials, Advanced Technologies and Innovation and the Department of Nonwovens and Nanofibrous Materials at the Technical University of Liberec, where the author took part in designing and preparation of these materials. The first part deals with model studies, based on using polyamide, polystyrene and polycaprolactone nanofibers as sorbents for solid phase extraction in classical off-line mode or in on-line column switching system. It solves practical aspects such as orientation and the formation of the fibers in the extraction system, optimization of fabrication factors affecting applicability of the nanomaterials, suitable solvent systems, stability testing and reusability of the microcolumns. Survey of patiens treated for fracture of the produmal humerus in the zdar 2005

The topic of his thesis , A survey of patients treated for fractures in the proximal humerus in 2005 I chose based on your interests the field of orthopedics and traumatology . Fractures of the proximal humerus are among the four most common fracture. In 2005, the Department of Orthopaedics - Traumatology Clinic FNKV treated a total of 224 cases of these fractures. While the treatment of stable and minimally displaced fractures is quite unproblematic and can handle and conservative treatment of unstable , vícefragmentových and fracture-dislocations is complicated and still not fully resolved traumatology . The aim of this work was to evaluate patients treated at the Orthopedic - Traumatology Clinic FNKV for fractures of the proximal humerus in 2005. I started out a questionnaire that was completed by the attending physician for each fracture separately. The questionnaire asked for age and sex of the patient , the circumstances of the accident, type fracture, method of treatment , indications and types of operations

The content of the diploma thesis is design urban bridge in Považská Bystrica. From three possible options was selected one, which represents cable stayed bridge-extradosed with four spans. This selected option was elaborated in detail in this diploma thesis. Design procedures and assessments were performed to comply with ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state according to valid europeans standarts. The calculation model was performed in program Midas Civil in logitudinal axis and in SCIA Engineer in transversal axis. Structural assessment were done manually. The part of the diploma thesis are detailed drawings and visualizations.

Self-priming pump

Diploma thesis is focused on self-priming pump 25 - OVE Sigma pumpy Hranice s.r.o., for its function is essential the ejector which is placed in the body of the pump. On the basis of the results of measurements there are designed construction modifications using a mathematical model. For the first time were made measurements to verify the self-priming capability with determining the maximum suction height.
