Information security as one of the performance indicators in energy company

Master thesis is concerned with assessing the state of information security and its use as an indicator of corporate performance in energy company. Chapter analysis of the problem and current situation presents findings on the state of information security and implementation stage of ISMS. The practical part is focused on risk analysis and assessment the maturity level of processes, which are submitted as the basis for the proposed security measures and recommendations. There are also designed metrics to measure level of information security.

This work deals with issues of explanations and describing of a whole kind of probléme, which appear duiring a generations and measurings of a anionts. I would like to explain and warn for different factors why we should continue with measuring and inventing in this thema. Understanding of a anionts behavior and practice measuring of a ionts area is the most important part of my work, to correctly analyse iont area probléme, or to suggest suitable solution.

Water management study at the upper part of the Štinkovka stream

The diploma thesis deals with the study of water management in the upper part of the Štinkovka river basin based on water management analysis. In the past, there was water in the area that is currently lost. Therefore, a terrain reconnaissance was carried out in the thesis to identify problematic areas and to collect samples for laboratory analysis, which were used for sediment studies. Since 2017, water level monitoring has been carried out using an ultrasonic sensor. Measures are proposed to increase water retention in the landscape. The possibility of sports and recreational boating on the Přední rybník pond with a connection to a cycle path and increase public interest in the area are evaluated.

Advanced Methods for Blocking of Inappropriate Content in a Mobile Web Browser

This work describes actual state of open-source browsers on the Android platform and compares their features. It describes webpage classification problem and methods how to detect porn websites. It also shows a design of a system for blocking and detection of webpages with adult content and its implementation. For pornography detection there were used text based methods but also methods based on detection in images from web page with deep learning. Implemented solution was tested with experiments and described. The last chapter contains summarization of this work and proposal of improvements.

Production technology of plastic bracket bearings motor

The target of this dissertation is based on the specified shape of plastic part to develop search technology of plastic injection molds, to the technological design process and construction of injection molds, including the necessary calculations. The project includes a search and a practical sections. Based on information from a search section a suitable material was chosen, which became the basis for practical section. The practical section with basic technology calculation is complemented by filling simulation analysis and stress analysis of critical elements. A part of this dissertation is the set of the drawings.

The influence of cobalt additive on parameters of positive electrode for Ni-Cd accumulators

The Master´s thesis deals with description of the influence of cobalt additive on positive electrode parameters for Ni-Cd accumulators. Trough the use of Electrochemical Quartz Crystal Microbalance are analysed the effects which decline effective life of positive electrode during accelerated cycling. Theoretical part describes important characteristics of Ni-Cd accumulators, the working principle and effects which are in progress on positive electrode during cycling. The next part deals with description of system EQCM and the pricnciples of doping active mass with cobalt additive. Practical part consists of EQCM system calibration and electrochemical measurements. The principal aim is detection of the influence of cobalt additve on active mass during cycling in different electrolytes. From the results of measurements is set the optimal amount of cobalt additive.

Design of Access System as a Part of Physical Security Solution

This master’s thesis deals with design of an access system as a part of physical security solution for an energy company in the Czech Republic. The access system is designed to meet all legal requirements and conform to ISO 27001 certification. Implementation of the proposed access system is demonstrated on the selected company object, a representative example of connecting the critical infrastructure element and the company's common facility.

Retention of title

The aim of this thesis is to answer some problematic questions related to the retention of title in the context of the current legislation. Considering the frequency of negotiating reservations in ordinary civil law relations, the thesis seeks to answer those questions that may appear to be relevant for everyday practice. In pursuing its objective, the thesis primarily analyses the current legislation and considers relevant decisions of the courts and the opinions of respected authors. The thesis is divided into five chapters. It proceeds from the most general issues to the more specific sub-aspects of the reservation of property rights. The first chapter contains a brief analysis of the legal regulation of the moment of acquisition of the retention of title. The second chapter focuses on the more general issues of retention of title with a view to discussing some aspects of the retention that have not been satisfactorily addressed by the literature. In addition, the chapter aims to capture the essence of the retention of title. The third chapter deals with selected issues related to the position of the seller. The focus here is on the disposition of the seller's rights and the possibilities of the seller's defence against the buyer's conduct which is contrary to his obligations under the retention. The...

Formalization of reasoning and the paradox of surprise examination

Po prezentaci možných přístupů k řešení problému v první kapitole jsem ve druhé kapitole poukázal na Sorensenovu kritiku pokusů interpretovat paradox jinak, než pomocí modálních reprezentací epistemických, či doxastických logik. Třetí kapitola byla věnována představení potřebných pojmů k pochopení Binkleyho přínosu k diskuzi paradoxu. V kapitole čtvrté jsem nakonec ukázal, že pokud se přidržíme výše zmíněného přístupu a idealizujeme si usuzovací schopnosti studenta, je analýza paradoxu, kterou provedl Binkley, korektní. Učitelovo oznámení se nám však zdá intuitivně srozumitelné a důvěryhodné, jelikož sami původně nepředjímáme studentův argument v celé komplexnosti. Pokud se s ním však již jednou ztotožníme, nezbude nám než učitelovo tvrzení odmítnout jako absurdní. Budoucnost možných příspěvků k Paradoxu překvapivé písemky pak vidím ve formalismech, které směřují k popisu explicitních znalostí.
