Determination of active substances in lubricant gel using gas chromatography.

This thesis deals with the topic The determination of content substances in lubrication gel by method of gas chromatography and with lubrication gel Tea Tree Fantasy, which includes natural substance of tea tree oil. Tea tree oil has strong antiseptic, antimycotic and antifungal effects, and the terpinene-4-ol is its important germicidal component. This thesis is divided into eight chapters; its main part consists of chapters 3 - 6. The third chapter deals with the theoretical part, where the gas chromatography is described. This method is suitable for determination of terpinene-4-ol in lubrication gel. This chapter also deals with the validation of analytical method and with individual parameters and contains the characteristics of lubrication gel, tea tree oil and terpinene-4- ol. In the fourth chapter, there are worked out the search of used methods. The fifth chapter deals with the experimental part; all chemicals, instruments and conditions of isolation are written down there. The sixth chapter describes results and discussion from the development of analytical method, from the system suitability test and from the validation. The main goal of this thesis is the validation of gas chromatography method for the determination terpinene-4-ol in lubrication gel.

Tax Revenues Fluctuation in the Context of Economic Recession and Growth

This bachelor thesis is about changing of tax revenues in the Czech Republic and the question is, if they are effected by economic cycle. The practical part of this thesis starts with displaying of the development of individual taxes. Then there is the tax mix in the major periods and the graph shows that the structure of the tax mix is not changing so much in these year. There was found that the tax revenues are not too effected by economic cycle in comparison with the year on year revenues of individual taxes with the year on year real gross domestic product. The size of the tax revenues could be affected by other factors, for example unemployment or inflation. Only the excise and energy tax have very similar process with the real GDP. The correlation analysis do not prove the dependence between the tax revenues and economic cycle. Only concerning indirect taxes there was found a very little connection with regard to the economic cycle. The conclusion is that the economic cycle affects in some way the size of the tax revenues, but it is not the most important factor.

Solved land is located near the city of Brno close to the ring road. Adjacent to the park is varied, Janáček Theatre. There is a good connection to public transport. The main design concept is based on linking the two materials, which follows the line of the streets fluctuate Milady Horakove. At the junction of streets objects recede, they do not interfere into the intersection and at the same time formed a space before entering the building. The first floor is solved uncharacteristically against the other in order to create space for the smooth movement of pedestrians and affiliated street fluctuate Milady Horakove as Captain class Jaros. The last floor is increased compared to the other to produce a higher main exhibition space.

Economic effects of revitalization of Thomayerovy sady

The bachelor's thesis centers around economic and socioeconomic aspects of revitalizing urban green spaces. The theoretical section establishes the terminology related to urban green spaces, area revitalization and regeneration, building new relations, and involving local entities. It also assesses options for quantifying economic benefits of revitalization. The factual part applies theoretical findings to the revitalization of Thomayerovy sady urban park in Prague 8 - Libeň. By comparing it to other already completed revitalizations, the thesis quantifies possible economic benefits of this particular project. It concludes with exploring future consequences of not yet complete revitalization and recommends steps leading to improvements in functionality and public perception of the park.
