The bachelor‘s thesis is focused on evaluation of the financial situation of selected company in the period from 2015 to 2019. The theoretical part defines the concepts and methods of financial analysis. The second part is focused on the financial analysis of the current economic state of the selected company using selected indicators. Using the results of the financial analysis, proposals for improving the company's financial situation are presented in the final part.

The bachelor thesis deals with a financial analysis of the Svoboda and son s.r.o. company which is elaborated on the company´s financial statements of 2013-2019 period. In the theoretical part the methods, indicators and systems of the financial analysis indicators are worked. These indicators are subsequently used in the analytical part, where the results are analysed and compated with those of competetive companies. On the basis of the analysis results, methods of solution are proposed to improve the present state of the company.

This bachelor’s thesis is aimed at assesing the financial situation of Delong Instruments a. s. for the years 2016 to 2019. The first part of the thesis explains the theoretical backround for financial analysis. In the second part, the selected company is presented and then contains caltuations of financial analysis. The last part processes the results of the analytical part and provides its own proposals to improve the economic situation and overall health of the company.

The Evaluation of the Investment Project

This master’s thesis deals with a comprehensive evaluation of the company's investment related to the purchase of construction machinery. All calculations are performed according to the theoretical basis introduced in the beginning. To evaluate the effectiveness of the investment, static and dynamic methods are used, together with the sensitivity analysis of individual risk factors. The probability of possible scenarios is determined using a Monte Carlo simulation. To conclude, recommendations whether the project should be implemented is given.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation of the company Rašino a.s. for period 2013-2018. The first part of the thesis contains thoretical knowledge that is also used in the second part. The second part of the thesis is practical part, financial analysis of the company based on the Financial report of the company. This part also contains some of the health models and bankruptcy prediction models like Aspect global rating, Index IN05, Altmans Z-score and others. In the last part of the thesis in the basis of chievements some proposals are presented. These could help to improve the financial situation.

The bachelor thesis is about creating a real business plan for the establishment of a trading company located in Brno distributing hygienic merchandise and it’s accessories. The first part summarizes the theoretical basis of the thesis and defines terms related to business plan. Follows complex analysis of the current state. Based on the findings in the previous parts, the business plan itself is prepared. At the end of the thesis are estimated the overall outcomes and feasibility of the business plan.

This thesis focuses on the overall risk exposure of hazardous industrial chemical toxic substances on the human body, describes the physical and chemical properties of the substances, their toxicological properties and environmental hazards. In the practical part is made methodology for assessment of hazards of hazardous chemical industrial toxic substances, depending on the selected properties. Furthermore, is made the basic statistics of actions of the Fire Department of Southern Region to hazardous chemicals in the years 2006 - 2010.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is called evaluation of the financial situation and suggestions for its improvement, where the monitored subject is company Alca plast, s.r.o. in between the years 2015-2018. The thesis consists of three main parts. All the indicators of the financial analysis are described in the theoretical part, which are then used in the second part, where they are analyzed and the calculations are then compared with the values mentioned in the previous part. Third part is devoted to suggestions for improvement in certain segments.

The aim of this master thesis is to create investing stock portfolio using value screening, money aggregate MZM and stock prices of chosen companies. Funding is realized by Dollar-cost averaging method. First part introduces reader to stocks and its place at financial market. Afterwards comes introduction to investments and applied Dollar-cost averaging method and authors customisations of this method. Final part contains results of customised Dollar-cost averaging method and suggestion for its usage at financial market.
