Measurement of movement creativity of pupils aged 10 - 12 years

Title: Measurement of movement creativity of pupils aged 10 - 12 years Objectives: The aim of the work was to verify the impact of extra-curricular movement activities on movement creativity of the pupils 10 - 12 old. By means of survey questionnaire we will acquire the information how many responders pursue movement activities and what kind of these activities. For the purpose of this work the basic schools in Prague and Mladá Boleslav will be addressed, research will be done with the pupils of 4th - 6th class. P.E. teachers with the pupils will fill in anonymous personal questionnaires with the chosen group and consequently a standardized Iowa-Brace test of docility and non-standardized test of movement creativity will be done with them. Method: The results will be acquired by the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. Non- standardized questionnaire, standardized Iowa-Brace test and non-standardized test of movement creativity will be used. The results will be worked out by Microsoft Excel computer program. Results: The found out results proved that the responders who go in for gymnastic sports achieved the best assessments in the tested group. Title: Attitudes and opinions of the adolescents at the age of 15 - 18 to the sport and movement activities Objectives: The establishment and comparaison of the opinions and attitudes to movement activities and sport in teenagers was the main objective of this thesis. PASA questionnaire focused on15 - 18 years old secondary schools students was applied. Methods: A method of the written interviewing using PASA questionnaire was used. This questionnaire was widespread some 15 years ago, yet we made a pre- testing sample and some questions were modified. By means of the PASA questionnaire we asked about opinions and attitudes of the adolescents concerning the movement acitivities and sport in light of the psycho-social, real movement and sport activities, of the exploitation of the available physical education and sport facilities etc. The research was effected at selected secondary schools in the Czech Republic. Results: The obtained data were statistically processed and the results are presented in the aggregate tables stating the statistically significant differencies between sex, age groups. Case study of the training process of couples performing Latin American dances

Title: Case study of the training process of couples performing Latin American dances. Objectives: The main objective of this paper is the creation of case studies aimed at developing the sports career of Latin American dance couples. Another objective is to create a training plan for the next dance season based on the information gathered. Methods: The paper used content analysis and critical analysis of expert literature. The research was carried out through case studies, interviews and testing. The research sample consisted of adult Latin American dance couples. The results are presented via text, illustrative graphs and tables. Results: It was found that nowadays the performance of dance couples is most affected by their mental state at individual competitions. Depending on the current level of dancers it is necessary to focus primarily on building up psychological resilience for the next dance season. Another focus point of the preparation will be on practicing expressing the character and experience of the individual dances. Title Sensorimotor response to the audiovisual impulse of young school age children. The aim of the work The aim of the work was quantification of sensorimotor response to the audiovisual impulse of young school age girls. Method Pilot study - experimental research, indirect measurement. Results Investigation showed that the group of girls who do coordination-aesthetic sports reached better results of sensorimotor response to the audiovisual impulse in the tests of gross and fine coordination than the group of girls who do not or have not been doing coordination-aesthetic sports in the past. Title: Analysis of competing line-ups of categories AERO Dance and Fitness aerobic teams Objective: The main objektive of this master thesis is an analysis of the competition categories line-ups AERO Dance and Fitness aerobic teams from the World Cup of both international organizations in 2014. Methods: In this master thesis has been using content analysis and observation. These methods were used to collect and evaluate necessary data. Results: The results show various choreographic solutions and fundamental movement forms which affect sport performance of competitive line-ups of the most successful teams of FISAF and FIG organizations. They indicate what motion content of the current competitive line-ups in aerobics is necessary to make the choreography successful. The Influence of Dance Training on Mood and Feeling of People With Paraplegia

Title: The influence of dance training on mood and feelings of people with paraplegia Objectives: The objective of this work was to detect using POMS questionnaire, whether the dance education has a positive effect on mood of people with paraplegia. Specifically, we focused on feelings such as depression, activity, anxiety and fatigue. Methods: The survey is a quantitative type using the POMS questionnaire (Profile of Mood State). Research has become a set of 40 people with paraplegia. 20 people were the control group and 20 persons were experimental group. Results: Dance education has significantly reduce the feeling of depression, anxiety, fatigue, and increase activity in patients with paraplegia. Title: Evulation the level of acquiring selected skills of artistic gymnastics in the basic training stage Objectives: The main goal to be achieved in my thesis is to asses the changes in the adoption level of selected motor skills of gymnasts aged 7-9 years in the basic training. Methods: I used qualitative and quantitative methods of research to resolve main goals of this thesis and to find answers on established scientific questions and the resulting hypothesis. The most important is the choice of appropriate criterion of evaluation according to the evaluation of the adoption level of selected gymnastic skills.Gained datas will be processed through statistics methods. Training diary will be used to monitor and record the content of the training. Comparison of attitudes to activities in Czech Republic and Ireland

Target of this assignment is to compare the attitude of women to fitness movement activity in Czech Republic and Republic of Ireland. lnformation was gained by the questionnaire made before. The questionnaire was given away to women in both countries in one fitness centre each. lt was filled in by women, which are visiting those fitness centres. lt was given away to different categories of women - age and frequency of training. Questionnaire was divided to several parts. Every part is about different fields, which is related with fitness life style and movement activities. First part includes organisation information about life style of asked women. Second part includes exercising lessons. Which exercising lessons are preferred and mostly visited by women in both countries. Third part is about training in the gym. How women train and what do they prefer. Questionnaire is detecting information about additional movement activities of women from both countries. Last part includes nutrition and relaxation. Questions about nutrition field detect cyclical and approach of consuming asked in both countries. Influence of the sport load on the physical condition of the jumpers on the trampoline

Title: Influence of sports load on the physical condition of trampoline gymnasts Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to assess the relationship between the sport load and functional and physical parameters of trampoline gymnasts. Methods: The thesis has the character of empirical research carried out in the form of observation. The research group consisted of 29 active trampoline gymnasts aged 9 to 17 (20 girls and 9 boys) participating in trampoline jumping competitions at national or international level. The body composition was analysed by Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA, Tanita MC - 980), functional parameters were tested via Bosco Vertical Jump test (BT) and kinesiological analysis of the athlete. Anamnestic data were collected as a part of kinesiological examination of the gymnasts. Results: Parameters of trampoline gymnasts were compared from the age point of view - probands were divided into age categories ZAC (10.7 ± 1.1 years) and JUN (14.9 ± 1.2 years) and from the gender point of view - parameters of girls and boys. The values of somatic parameters in JUN were higher than in ZAC; girls had a significantly higher proportion of body fat (d = 2.307) and a significantly lower proportion of Total Body Water (d = 2.222) than boys.
