The use of renewable for multi-purpose building
Němec, Filip ; Horák, Petr (referee) ; Formánek, Marian (advisor)
The goal of my final thesis is to get to know the problematic of renewable energy sources and it’s use. I have divided my thesis into three parts. First part is theoretical and it is about renewable heat sources. It goes deeper into use the energy of sun and heat pumps. Second part is proposal of heating system and the preparation of hot water. It includes the calculation of heat transfer coefficient, thermal losses of individual rooms and the proposal radiators and all the sub-elements. Within the study of possible options for renewable sources, it suggests three variants of the heat source and then the chosen one for further processing. The last, third part contains technical report and construction documentation.
The Evaluation of the Financial Situation’s Company
Němec, Filip ; Fojtů, Kateřina (referee) ; Pavláková Dočekalová, Marie (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is analysing financial situation of choosen company by methods of financial analysis and draft measures which will lead to improvement of the financial health of the company. The thesis consists of three parts - theoretical, practical and proposal. The first part describes theoretical resources in area of financial analysis. For example, what it deals with and which methods it contains. The aim of practical part is to evaluate the financial indicators in the choosen company and interpretation of calculated results. In the last part of this work, there are proposed new disposals in view of results of financial analysis, which will lead to improvement of financial situation of the company.
Universal diagnostic device for accumulators
Němec, Filip ; Lattenberg, Ivo (referee) ; Balík, Miroslav (advisor)
Firstly, this bachelor thesis handles the issues concerning NiCD and NiMh batteries and methods used when charging and discharging. Next segment of the document deals with designing and the actual realization of a device, which can work with these batteries and perform variable tasks, such as charging and discharging battery with adjustable current value, measuring temperature of the battery. Sending data via the serial port,it also implements charging and discharging curve. Device can be operated intuitively using buttons and display. The Device is realized via microcontroller ATMEL.
Optical cableless transmission
Němec, Filip ; Křepelka, Václav (referee) ; Filka, Miloslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis first handles the general issues concerning free space optics in the~atmosphere. The aim is to design and implementation of optical wireless equipment, which would serve in the laboratories of optical networks. Ronja was used as the basis for a~wireless link, which is already widespread in the world. Students will work with the device, which they may come into contact in the future. It consists several separate modules: transmitter, receiver and inteface. Each module have a separate chapter describing the~functional blocks and circuit realization. Ronja was adjusted for the needs of~laboratory tasks, where additional voltmeters measures received signal strength (RSSI) at~both ends of the link. Measuring device provides adjustment of power the transmitting LED via~computer, measures and sends RSSI values to a PC via~USB or RS232, turn off Ronja with computer. For targeting the pipes of Ronja was developed the mechanical design. In the last part of thesis the device was undergone a series of tests.
Invertebrate fauna of the garden as a source of ideas for inquiry-based science education based on the didactical content knowledge
NĚMEC, Filip
This thesis deals with teaching methods that can be used when working with pupils of primary school and it focuses on the possibilities to use inquiry-based science education (IBSE).The thesis analyses the literature and choice of topics that may be suitable for IBSE. The thesis proposes and presents four IBSE themes or comprehensive tasks respectively. All these tasks are focused on invertebrates occurring in the garden. Usability of one of these tasks was tested during science instruction in primary school. Results of this testing are presented. The individual teaching and learning procedures and particular tasks for pupils are prepared and arranged to develop their independence and desire to explore and discover. Proposed educational themes and tasks are available for IBSE in primary school.
Diversity of garden fauna: a case study with using issues in school education
NĚMEC, Filip
This thesis deals with the diversity of invertebrate animals in the common natural environment of gardens. It summarizes the range of natural history books for the 6th grade and frequency of species of invertebrates are shown in tabular summary. There are presented results of fauna survey of the chosen garden, which took place in various aspects of the season. Based on the results of the analysis of textbooks and fauna survey of the project proposal was prepared for the teaching of natural history in elementary school, which can be used as a methodological tool for teachers of natural history.
