Coping with impact of miscarriage

The thesis deals with possible ways of coping with the consequences of miscarriage. The theoretical part first defines the topic of pregnancy from a medical and psychological point of view. It also includes the definition of miscarriage types. Furthermore, an overview of the experience of the child's loss in the early stages of pregnancy is elaborated, impacts on the psyche of the woman and manifestations in her behavior are considered. The process of grieving by individual authors is considered in the context of the early loss of the child. The issue of termination of pregnancy is also seen from the perspective of trauma theory. Possible protective and risk factors accompanying the loss-making process are discussed. Last but not least, the following professional psychological, medical and lay care for a woman after the loss of a child is mentioned. The empirical part of the thesis deals with the affection of the whole phenomenon of child loss during the early stages of pregnancy. Emphasis is placed on the mapping of protective and risk factors with which women had their own experience. The empirical part is based mainly on interviews with women with experience of loss of a child and with professionals who work in this field. Data evaluation was based on grounded theory principles. Competencies of a lecturer using activation methods in adult education

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the definition of lecturers' competences in adult education that uses a participative style of teaching. The current state of professionalization of lecturers in the Czech Republic will be explored alongside the definition of lecturer using activation methods in adult education and lecturer's competences within this thesis. The basic description of the commonly used activation teaching methods and the high teaching requirements of these methods will also be illustrated. Finally, this thesis introduces the competence model using the activation methods in adult education with a possible schema of the model usage in the real world. Application PFT in adults in psychological counselling

This bachelor thesis handles the possibilities of applying the Rosenzweig PFT in psychological counselling concerning the adult population. At first, the definition of psychological counselling in our environment is discussed. The following chapter deals with projective methods in psychological diagnosis of adults. This bachelor thesis aims to describe Rosenzweig PFT, mainly its administration, evaluation and description of psychometric indices. Several examples of application of this method in various fields of theoretical and applied psychology are included. The main area of this bachelor thesis is dedicated to the possibilities of usage of this method within psychological counselling. This work covers specific diagnostic possibilities of application of this method supported by research studies. The empirical part deals with measuring of development and type of reactions of subjects who went through the intervention program. Rosenzweig PFT is used in order to record the expected change.

Strategie a nové trendy v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů Bc. Gabriela Miková 5 ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce je zaměřena na strategie a nové trendy v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. V práci nalezneme přehled vývoje personální práce a funkcí oddělení lidských zdrojů. Teoretická část seznámí čtenáře se základní terminologií v této problematice jako například personální administrativa, personální řízení, řízení lidských zdrojů, personální marketing atd. Teoretická část se zabývá plánováním a strategií lidských zdrojů a také získáváním a výběrem pracovníků v organizaci. Na konci této části se seznámíme s aktuálně diskutovanými tématy jako například talent management, diversity management, genderový audit atd. Empirická část přináší informace založené na analýze procesů náborového oddělení, které popisují postupy při tvorbě kompetenčních modelů. Součástí je i zpětná vazba na zavedení profilů a nastavení dalších postupů, popřípadě doporučeních, jak s profily dále pracovat.
