The goal of this work is to create project documentation for building purposes. The building itself is a family house in Jihlava, which has one underground floor and two above. The house is suitable for 4 - 5 family members and for all-year living. The object will be connected to public sewerage and public sources of water, gas and electricity. Auditorial places will be located at the land outline in prebuilt niche, which is going to be part of the fencing. The object is located on building estate no. 5504 in Jihlava periphery. Land area is 800 m2 and built-up area counts 196 m2. The building is made of ceramic shaped bricks POROTHERM 36,5 T PROFI, underground floor is finished of CSB 30 bricks. The whole object is roofed with flat roof.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. It is an object with four above-ground floors and one underground floor. There are 9 flats on the above-ground floors, garages and storage facilities with technical equipment of the building are located in the underground floor. Garages are designed as a separate parking space, a total of 8. Each floor has a balcony (or terrace), which gradually with the floors recedes into the area of apartments. The roof above the 4th floor is designed as a single-layer flat. The building is designed from the YTONG system both perimeter walls and ceiling structures

The aim of the Diploma thesis is elaboration of a design documentation for execution of a wellness hotel. The building is operationally divided into two parts – part accommodation and wellness part. The accommodation part includes four above-ground floors and one under-ground floor. In the under-ground floor are situated garages. In the first above-ground floor is designed restaurant and in other above-ground floors are situated hotel rooms. Wellness part is designed with two above-ground floors and one under-ground floor. In the under-ground floor are situated garages. In the first above-ground is designed wellness, which includes relaxation pool, whirpool, five indoor saunas, three outdoor saunas, kneipp and relaxation rooms. In the second above ground floor are designed solariums, massages, beauty salon and hairdressing salon. The part of the floor is also café with large terrace. A roof above 2.NP is designed as vegetative with extensive grassing. A roof above 4.NP is designed as a one-layer flat roof with classical sequence of layers. The building is designed as prefabricated skelet. Filling masonry is from a POROTHERM system. Floor structure is designed from prestpressed panel SPIROLL.
Parking house of NPP Dukovany

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to solve the crisis situation of parking at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. Parking areas in front of the company are still the same, but the number of cars is growing rapidly. Therefore, the power plant management decided to solve this situation. Two nearly identical parkades were designed for this area to cover the capacity of 1572 parking spaces. It is a simple design of a 5-storey prefabricated building made of reinforced concrete columns, beams, SPIROLL panels and other elements. For better bracing of the building, the vertical communication cores were designed as monolithic reinforced. The façade of the building consists of a suspended structure fitted with expanded metal, which will help with incoming light and also with the exchange of degraded air in the garages. On the first floor there is a parking space for 142 cars, of which 4 are parking stalls for charging electric cars and 10 stalls for designated handicap parking, all these stalls are located only on the ground floor for easier access of the car owners. In addition to these parking stalls, there are three vertical communication cores with staircases and elevators. At one communication core is also a sanitary facility with toilets for men, women, for people with disabilities and cleaning room. Two ramps are designed for vertical crossing of cars in the middle of the ground plan. Self-service washing boxes and utility room were designed according to requirements. The second and subsequent floors are identical. There are 161 parking stalls on each floor, 4 of them are for charging electric vehicles. There are also sanitary facilities and a utility room. For the safety of pedestrians, the entire parkade is marked with horizontal roads, thanks to which the employees get from their cars to the communication core and out of the building.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to solve the multipurpose hall in Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou, which was made in subject Atelier creation AG035, when was the project made as a study. The project multipurpose hall is two-storey building, that is partly below ground level, as so not to overtop surrounding family houses by its height and to enable entrance into the building from two levels. The multipurpose hall is made of two intersected cuboid. which are turned, to continue in axis of Jiráskova street. The facade, of the building is curtain wall made of aluminium panel and fair-faced concrete, with motive inspired by rebound of a ball. The building multipurpose hall is designed for organizing sport and culture events. In the buiding are situated sport hall, small hall, gym, sportsmen and sportswomen facilities, buffet, social hall and caretakers apartment. The building should serve to public, local clubs and schools.

This bachelors thesis deals with a design of a detached house in a particular area in Pardubice - Svítkov, street Srnojedská. The aim is to create dispositionally logically linked komplex that will suit the requirements of four-member family and will fit into the current development with its own look. Plan dimensions of the building are 12.13 x 12.90 m. The house is designed as a two storey, basement, with a shed roof. Perimeter walls in the basement are made of concrete blocks. Peripheral masonry floor is of brick blocks Porotherm. The entire building is insulated contact system. The supporting structure of the roof covering consists of wood trusses. The draft has thermal engineering, acoustic and fire safety solutions.

This thesis focused on the family house design and preparation of its project documentation. The house is standing on a building estate number 548/43 in the cadastral area Křenovice u dubného. In the village Křenovice. The layout of the house has a rectangular shape with the dimensions of 13.05 x 10.05 m. It is a two-storey building with first floor and loft-area. On the first floor there is vestibule, hall,study, living room with kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and utility room. In the attic there is a hallway, bedroom with bathroom, two children’s rooms with their own dressing rooms,chamber, guest room and another bathroom. The house is based on a concrete strip foundation. Vertical supporting structures of the haus are from Sandwich masonry KM Beta and horizontál supporting structures of the house are from the system Porotherm. The roof is gabled house with an inclination of 30 °, roof construction purlin system.
