Producing big rage shell

The bachelor's thesis presents a proposal for the technological process of production of a big rage shell, the semi-finished product of which is a circular roundel made of non-alloy steel DD11. Based on the study part and the subsequent technological part, drawing without wall thinning and with wall thinning is proposed. The drawing is carried out on a hydraulic progressive six operating press PO 400 P with a forming force of 4,000 kN. Cutting of blanks is performed on an eccentric press LE 400 D. One part of this thesis is the design of a tool for drawing without thinning the wall and a tool for the last operation of drawing with thinning the wall. These tools are made of 19,436 steel according to the drawing documentation.

Characteristic 100 metres hurdeles at fire sport

Title: Characteristic of 100 meters hurdle at fire sport Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor thesis was a literary research and detailed characterization of 100 m hurdle race in fire sport according to available information from literature as well as internet sources. Methods: The criteria for inclusion in this thesis were primarily specific keywords. It was a category of following terms, such as (in Czech): požární sport, běh na 100 m s překážkami, technika v běhu na 100 m s překážkami, výsledky, analýza běhu. Research of foreign sources was also important. Keywords from foreign resources were: fire sport, 100 metres hurdles. Keywords for sources from Russian literature were (in Russian): preodoleniye 100- metrovoy polosy s prepyatstviyami. Results: The discipline in 100 m hurdle race was described based on available sources within historical context from past to present. At the same time, technical and material parameters of hurdles and equipment were described. Also, this thesis points out the different techniques in leaping over hurdles, which could be "valivý" style, "na rusa" style, and "skrčka" style. Music Therapy with pre-school children

Following study is about music therapy processes within group of preschoolers attending music therapy sessions. The study is directed on group dynamics processes in small group. The main research question is: "Which phenomenons occur in group dynamic process of group integrity and group de-integrity?" these concepts of deintegrity and integrity are linked theoretically with concept of cohesion and tension. The concept of cohesion and tension leads the group into two group states. The first one can be characterized as "cohesiveness" and the following is characterized as "moving apart". The results of study outline what kinds of factors can be found for cohesion and tension for small group of preschoolers in music therapy sessions.

Precision forging

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the technology of precision forging. The thesis describes basic distribution of the forging according to the nature of the material flow and his procedure. After the introductory part this thesis deals with the analysis of the methods of the drop forging with fin groove. The next section contains a description, parameters and methods of precision forging. Technical a economical evaluation of the component technology is as a conclusion of the thesis.

Manufacturing of dice

The advertising (playing) dice is used for playing games and concurrently as promotional device to showing up company in the process of transfer events in full view of the public. The element is made of a structural steel 11 373, the production series are 5000 units per year. Produced component has a lenght of 220 mm, a width of 165 mm and a thickness of 1,5 mm. The variant solution was as optimal technology selected combination of rolling cutting followed by three folds in three separate instruments. It were made technological and structural calculations of which were devised tools, for which was made a basic drawing documentation. For production from total deformation force was chosen eccentric press S 250 with rated energy 2 500 kN. In the next step were fixed costs to produce one piece with the production of a advertising dice with energy, wages and material is 12,75 CZK.

Tato práce je pojata jako návrh marketingové strategie na rok 2007. První částí práce je analýza ekonomických faktorů ČR a analýza výsledků stavebních spořitelen na našem trhu. Hlavní část návrhu nové strategie vychází z prvé části a je zaměřena na návrh nových produktů či zlepšení stávajích produktů. Je zde rozebrána i reklama či nová marketingová kampaň.
