Current diagnostic methods in patients after brain damage in physiotherapy This bachelor thesis is focused on an application of current diagnostic methods to patients after brain damage in physiotherapy. This thesis includes topic of damage brain problems, mainly traumatic brain injury, brain cancer and stroke, which is often met in physiotherapy. Second part of bachelor thesis involves topic of motor-skill control, which is analysed mainly of neurological point of view. It involves spinal motor control, subcortical and cortical motor control. One section of second part was devoted to problems of stand and gait. The theoretical part was concluded with the description of functionality and usage of Screening test of mobility, which was used for testing of patients after the brain damage. The last chapter of the theoretical part is about evaluating by the International classification of functioning, disability and health using the results of the STM. In the practical part the casuistry of examined patients can be found, the Screening test of mobility and the International classification of functioning, disability and health was used for results investigation. Jana Hovorková Derivatives of Thiazole as Potential Drugs II. Diploma Thesis, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Control, Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, 2010 Abstract Within this diploma thesis, preexisting (E)-2-(1-pyrazin-2-yl- ethylidene)hydrazonocarbothioamides and new (E)-2-[1-(5-benzylpyrazin-2-yl)- ethylidene]hydrazonocarbothioamide were prepared. Reaction of substituted acetylpyrazines with thiosemicarbazide proceeded according the procedure reported previously. Antimicrobial activity of prepared substances was tested against eight bacteria by the microdilution broth method with utilization bacitracin and neomycin as positive controls. Promising inhibition effect against Staphylococcus epidermidis was found with (E)-2-[1-(5-terc-butylpyrazin-2-yl)ethylidene]- hydrazonocarbothioamide. Next, reaction of the prepared thiosemicarbazones with maleinanhydrid was studied. In this reaction no identifiable compounds were prepared. The final experiments were aimed at preparing derivatives of 4-phenyl-2-[2- (1-pyrazin-2-yl)ethylidene]hydrazinylthiazole by the reaction of thiosemicarbazones with phenacylbromide. The quality management system in the selected company

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the current situation in the quality management system and disclosure of reserves selected company. Then based on the findings outlined measures to improve the quality management system. After the analyzes, it was found that the introduction of a quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001 is a set and treated very well. The Company complies in most cases, rules, standards, guidelines, which presents the standard. In manufacturing and other parts of the organizational structure there are no problems related to the quality of manufactured products.

Motivation and remuneration of workers in middle-sized enterprise

Summary The principal object of the bachelor work is the analysis of the current motivation system and remuneration employees? namely administrative employees and employees in manufacture, a proposal to improve the current motivation system. The first part was devoted to the study of professional literature. From this literature have been obtained the necessary information to explain the issues of this theme. This part has been preparing for the practical section of the bachelor work. The second part devotes to the characteristic of the selected company that company Bluetech Ltd., its external and internal environment. It is shown here motivation system also a remuneration system for employees. In the last part of the bachelor work are elaborate in more detail the results of the survey which was done in the company Bluetech Ltd. The target groups of the questionnaire were all employees. At the end of the work is present a proposal for improving the current situation. The research found that the company has introduced a good motivation system. Employees are satisfied with the system of remuneration. However, it is possible to propose the following measures: introduction of additional benefits; more frequent appreciation of employees; improving communication between departments and improving the current system and organization of work.

Diplomová práce se zabývá postojem Svatého stolce jako subjektu mezinárodního práva k válečným konfliktům a napětí v mezinárodních vztazích v 80. letech 20. století, tedy v době části pontifikátu Jana Pavla II. (1978-2005). V první, spíše teoretické části, jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se ke Svatému stolci, papežův primát, vnitřní struktura fungování Římské kurie se zaměřením na Státní sekretariát a Papežskou radu pro spravedlnost a mír, principy diplomacie Svatého stolce, východiska pro pontifikát Jana Pavla II. (II. vatikánský koncil a jeho dokumenty, Ostpolitik Svatého stolce), znaky programu pontifikátu Jana Pavla II. a jím upřednostňované nástroje a aspekty. Druhá, aplikační část, na vybraných případech z 80. let 20. století ? spor o Beaglův průliv, válka o Falklandy, napětí v Polsku, nikaragujský režim a problematika teologie osvobození a občanská válka v Libanonu ? ukazuje konkrétní postoj Svatého stolce či jeho roli v nich.

Informační požadavky pražské burzy na regulované společnosti

Práce se věnuje informačním požadavkům pražské burzy na regulované společnosti. V úvodu práce je obecně zpracováno téma burzovních trhů, jejich fungování a jsou zde uvedeny základní informace o Burze cenných papírů Praha, a. s. Dohled v oblasti kapitálového trhu v druhé kapitole pojednává o regulaci burzovního trhu Českou národní bankou. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny informační požadavky pražské burzy. Další kapitoly uvádějí základní informační požadavky londýnské a newyorské burzy cenných papírů a závěr práce je věnován porovnání informačních požadavků těchto tří uvedených burz.
