The main goal of this thesis is to create a real business plan for establishing a small brewery in Dolni Libchavy. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will acquaint us with basic terms, definition of required analysis and detailed description of each part of business plan. In the practical part is processed business plan for the brewery. There are analysis for internal and external environmental and finally financial cover of entire business.

Teaching methods and class organisation in German language teaching with reference to pupil's age

The Diploma Thesis deals with teacbing methods and classroom organisation in Gennan language teaching with reference to pupil's age. The first, theoretical-oriented part of the Thesis describes psychological and physical development of pupils~ classification and description of selected teaching methods and types of classroom organisation. Last but not least it contains the typology ofexercises for teaching purposes. The second, practice-oriented part maps teaching methods and types of classroom organisation commonly used in German language teaching with reference to pupil's age which is regarded as one of the fuctors influencing the choice of teaching methods and classroom organisation. Two classroom observation templates, a questionnaire and some samples of filled observations sheets along with teaching materials used by teachers during the 1essons are attached in appendices.

Postoperative nursing care of the pediatric patient with cleft soft palate

Cílem této práce je zpracování případové studie ošetřovatelské péče o dětského pacienta po operaci rozštěpu měkkého patra. Pro toto téma jsem se rozhodla na základě své dlouholeté praxe na klinice plastické chirurgie, neboť chirurgické řešení rozštěpů dutiny ústní patří k jedněm z nejčastějších operačních zákroků, se kterými se zde setkávám. Vybrala jsem si 13-ti měsíčního chlapce s touto vrozenou vývojovou vadou, který byl na našem oddělení hospitalizován počátkem roku 2007. Matka chlapce dala souhlas k tomu, abych se ve své práci věnovala právě jejímu synovi a ochotně mi poskytla potřebné informace. V klinické části své práce jsem se zaměřila na anatomii dutiny ústní, rozštěpové vady obličeje a dutiny ústní, jejich etiologii, výskyt a klasifikaci. Dále zde hovořím o vzniku těchto vad v prenatálním období, jejich důsledcích, možnostech prenatální diagnostiky, terapii a prevenci. Neméně důležité jsou také informace o správné péči o dítě s rozštěpem. Dále se věnuji předoperační přípravě před plánovanou operací rozštěpové vady, průběhu operace, pooperační péči a pooperačním komplikacím. V závěru klinické části mé práce uvádím identifikační údaje pacienta, lékařskou anamnézu, průběh hospitalizace, medikamentózní léčbu a laboratorní vyšetření, která byla pacientovi provedena. Monitoring of surface changes caused by underground mining in the Karviná region

Geodetic monitoring of the Louky locality revealed irregularities in the development of the subsidence depression and it also helped to document the changing terrain due to ongoing reclamation activities. Repeated GNSS measurements recorded not only the size of subsidence of individual points, but also the size and direction of horizontal displacement of these points, which revealed the influence of undermining in the area of interest, and in its surroundings. It turned out that particularly the significant tectonic fault A forms a barrier of the influence of underground mining. The subsidence depression develops differently than the models of the predicted subsidence expected, especially in the area between the tectonic faults X and A. The method of aerial photogrammetry recorded not only the subsidence caused by underground mining, but also the extent and size of the changes caused by the ongoing reclamation of the surface.

The diploma thesis titled Risk Management Proposal for a Selected Business Entity deals with the risk management of the company Zemědělské družstvo Radiměř. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part introducing basic terms and methods of risk analysis and risk management on both, general and specialization, levels, and practical part describing the most important risks of the company identified by the selected risk analysis. Based on the gained data and results preventive and corrective measures for elimination of the risks are given.

Zhodnocení výsledků měření na poddolovaném území zrušeného dobývacího prostoru Zbýšov v letech 2004 - 2011

Zhodnocení bylo vyhotoveno se zřetelem na vědecké a technické znalosti známé ke dni jeho dokončení. Jedná se o odborné posouzení záměru ukončení měření pozorovacích tras v bývalém dobývacím prostoru Zbýšov. V této lokalitě měl podnik DIAMO, s.p., o.z. GEAM v letech 2006-2011 povinnost provádět nivelační měření pro účely sledování a hodnocení vývoje poklesové kotliny spjaté s předchozí hlubinnou těžbou černého uhlí. Vzhledem k vývoji poklesů ve studované oblasti a dalším faktorům ovlivňujícím kvalitu měření se uvažuje dále nerealizovat výšková měření na pozorovacích trasách v tomto dobývacím prostoru.

Modern Media as the Promotion Tools in the Culture and Entertainment Industry

The main focus of this undergraduate thesis are the marketing applications of the latest promotion tools in the culture and entertainment industry. Social networks, marketing mix, promotion channels are the major areas discussed in the literature review section. The practical session follows on the literature review. Quantitative analyses of questionnaires reviles the answers on the research questions related to effective utilisation of the marketing channels (including social networks) as the promotion tool and its impact on the consumers in Hradec Kralove Region. Scope of the survey is narrowed down to the culture and entertainment industry. Tests of working hypothesis provides valuable learning lesson which is used as a base for further recommendations to marketing practicians in previously mentioned institutions.
