Case of Krčmaň and its image in the press

Bachelor thesis The case of Krčmaň and its image in the press discusses the so-called packed assassination, which was unsuccessfully committed to the three non-communist ministers (Jan Masaryk, Prokop Drtina and Petr Zenkl) in 1947. The analytical part of this bachelor thesisis is dedicated to analysis of the authentic press, namely the central newspaper of the Communist party - Rudé právo and the central newspaper of the Czechoslovak national socialist psarty - Svobodné slovo. The analytical part is focused on the differences in the presentation of the attack, course its investigation and findings which investigators reached with regard to political orientation of the journal. The theoretical part includes the historical context of Czechoslovakia after the Second World War to the communist putsch in 1948 based on the literature. The emphasis is placed on the political situation in the country and the functioning of the media. The focus is on the functioning of the press in the media sector. The theoretical part also includes biography of aforementioned ministers and description of the case of Krčmaň on the basis of literature.

Especially it is studying approach of the nurses of intensive care units to the children hospitalized for the reason of serious results of ill-treatment. The work is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is detailed characterization of the main topic - child abuse. The practical part is processed in form of research through the medium of lists of questions. Lists of questions were distributed to the nurses of intensive care units. It was research for the knowledge and view of nurses in questions of child abuse. This work would contribute to better providing of precise care for abused children in critical state hospitalized in intensive care units.
Comparison of five principle types of the Noh plays

The bachelor thesis Comparison of the Five Principle Types of the Noh Plays deals with the traditional classification of Japanese plays No according to the characteristic role the main actor shite performs. Following this classification it proceeds to the analysis of five plays: Tsurukame (Crane and Tortoise), Atsumori, Hagoromo (The Feather Mantle), Semimaru and Funa Benkei (Benkei on the Boat). The author's approach is based more on performance art theories than linguistics, the main criterion being the dramatic development of each play according to jo-ha-kyu system, considering characterization of the role during the play. The thesis is based on Japanese librettos yokyoku, script translations in to main European languages and video s of theatre performances.
International cooperation in the fight against tax evasion in the field of direct taxation at the level of OECD and EU

The thesis deals with international cooperation in the fight against tax evasion in the field of direct taxation at the level of OECD and EU. First, the thesis explains why international tax evasion occurs, what the most common forms of tax evasion are and also how multinational companies use international, sometimes even aggressive, tax planning to reduce the tax burden. The next section specifies diverse measures already adopted within the OECD and the EU and also those that are still in preparation. Any action taken at the international level is put into context with what the Czech Republic has already introduced. Mutual exchange of information between countries is one of the most important tools in the fight against tax evasion. That is why an analysis of spontaneous exchange of information and on request between CZ and other cooperating countries was carried out in the last part of the thesis. The analysis was carried out on the basis of publicly available data from Annual Reports of Financial Administration of the Czech Republic and also on the basis of data which were received from the Department of international tax cooperation - direct taxes of General Financial Directorate.
Dance Art in the cultural Politics of the Czech Republic

This master thesis is primarily aimed at the problematic of cultural politics of the Czech Republic. The main research topic is not only the politics in culture, but also the legislative document of the State Culture Politics of the Czech Republic. The main object of this work is the determination and distinction of the support in the field of dance art in the Czech Republic. An important part is made of historic contexts, definitions of present terms connected to the politics in culture and insight into the problematic of dance support in the UNESCO and in the EU. There is the main emphasis on grant politics of separate regions with consideration to the dance support of the Czech Republic in this work. The graphical sketch of the personal changes in the Ministry of Culture is also part of the thesis. There are also chapters enabling insight into the problematic connected to the culture and creative industries, which take part of culture politics of many countries.
Analysis of financing the acquisition of fixed assets in the form of leasing and credit

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the financing the acquisition of long-term tangible assets by various forms of purchase. It mainly deals with leasing, loans and own funds. The goal is to evaluate the merits of these methods of financing for the selected company. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the elemental terms. It describes long-term tangible assets, leasing, loans. The practical part deals with the different types of funding that are evaluted in terms are evaluated in terms of absolute financial performance, cost effectiveness from the perspective of net benefits of leasing. After the completing of the analysis the acquisition of long-term tangible assets by leasing seems to be the most advantageous form of financing.
Analysis of Recruitment at Auto Jarov, Ltd.

The thesis analyzes the process of personnel recruitment at AUTO JAROV, Ltd. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background of the process of recruitment, there are required process steps listed and characterized. The practical part deals in detail with the specific analysis of the process of recruitment in the company AUTO JAROV, Ltd. The practical part also includes a chapter, which contains a SWOT analysis of recruiting graduates identifying strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats. On the basis of this analysis there is a recommendation to increase the efficiency of getting graduates into the company. This work is based on the study of literature and on valuable information and documents provided by Mgr. Lenka Kočárková, the personnel director of the company AUTO JAROV, Ltd.
The butoh phenomenon, its origin, spread and influence on European dance scene

This master thesis deals with the phenomenon of Japanese modern dance art called butoh. It approaches its inspiratory influence, socio-cultural background and the conditions of its rise. It follows its development within three generations of Japanese dancers. It discusses the issue of spreading butoh beyond frontiers of Japan and the reactions of accepting this new artistic movement in Europe. It also gives an outline of this phenomenon in Bohemia and its influence on both European and Czech dance scenes.
