Title: Preparation ofKuwait national team on Asian winter games and iťs functioning in tournament. Goal of my dissertation work is to capture methodic and tactics preparation of Kuwait national team for Asian winter games, which took place during 26th ofJanuary and 3th ofFebruary 2007. It went together with preparation and also with team functioning in tournament. In my dissertation work I capture realization of hockey national team's preparation when I use typical training units on ice to reach ideal training cycle with the feedback from Asian winter game organization. Purpose on Work: Purpose on my work is to put together plan for Kuwait national team Asian winter games. After 1994 Czech hockey become authority notjust between hockey worlds known countries but also in some exotic countries. This fact helped in my selection for post ofKuwait national hockey team Head coach. In 1999 Kuwait national team was headed by Canadian couch, which after his functioning announced news: " How come is possible to play hockey here ifthey built hockey arena on dessert". As a FTVS student I took this engagement as a challenge that even young trainers can carry- through abroad. Also it shows knowledge ofFTVS student and its use in work experience. This bachelor thesis deal with the current state in construction and development trends of cars brake systems. The introduction shows the development and reason for using of brake systems for trucks. Furthermore, the general division and current trends in brake systems, such as EBS - Electronic Braking System with subsystems: EPB - Electro - Pneumatic Brake, ABS - Anti-lock Braking System, ASR - Anti-Slip Regula-tion, ESP - Electronic Stability Program, EBD - Electronic Brakeforce Distribution. Acquired technical parameters table processing and evaluation was conducted.

Application for the Data Processing in the Area of Genome Engineering

This masters thesis has a few objectives. One of them is to acquaint with the problems of genome engineering, especially with fragmentation of DNA, the macromolecule DNA, the methods for purification and separation of the nucleic acids, the enzymes used for modification of these acids, amplification and get to know with cluster and gradient analysis as well. The next aim is to peruse the existed application and compare it to the layout of the proposed application, that is the third aim. The last one from the objectives is the implementation and the report how was the application tested by the real data. The results will be discussed as well as the possibilities of the further extension.

Měření infiltrace půdy na vybrané lokalitě

The Bachelor's thesis is focused on measure of infiltration of water into the soil in locality Frydek-Mistek on arable land covered by spring wheat. The measurement took place in three dates (on 16th July, 29th August and 9th October 2013) on the fertilized and the unfertilized part of land. In autumn 2011, the part of land was fertilized by dung in amount of 45 t/ha. For the measure of infiltration was used method soaking rollers. Evaluation of speed soak into the soil and cumulative infiltration was performed by Kostiakov empirical equation. At the same time of infiltration experiments were taken the soil samples in depth 15 and 27 cm for determination of soil physical properties and mechanical analysis. Subsequently, influence of dung on infiltration was compare with results.

Strategic Analysis of Jihlava Psychiatric Hospital

The aim of the diploma thesis is strategická analýza Psychiatrické léčebny Jihlava, p. o. The hospital is a state-funded organization based in Jihlava and it is established by the Ministry of Health. Catchment areas are now the former district of Jindřichův Hradec, Pelhřimov, Třebíč, Ždár nad Sázavou and Tábor. In the region of Vysočina the hospital occupies a dominant position on the market, as it provides comprehensive psychiatric and diagnostic services, while other psychiatric facilities in the region focus only on selected psychiatric-diagnostic services. The strengths of the psychiatric hospital in Jihlava are considered the long-term influence in psychiatric-diagnostic sector, the high level and the wide range of services. The organization continues to provide quality services in connection with people's mental health and to maintain the strong market position. Finally, the work includes recommendations for improving services and the draft strategy, which would be in the hospital a long-term move.

Práce hodnotí průběh implementace nové prodejní strategie originální farmaceutické společnosti GlaxoSmithKline v České republice v průběhu prvních šesti měsíců od jejího zavedení. Uvádí skutečnosti, které se povedly, i které mohly být zvládnuty lépe, pro následnou generalizaci, která slouží jako návod, na co by se měly společnosti, působící i mimo oblast farmaceutického průmyslu, soustředit ve chvíli, kdy chtějí úspěšně řídit jakoukoliv změnu a uvést ji do praxe.
