The Formation of Logistic Conception in Manufacturing Company

This thesis analyses the company TT Servis Brno Ltd. and suggests the possibility of replacing the current way of dealing with manufacturing part of commissions with acquisition of their own factory building. The thesis includes description of the present state of dealing with the manufacturing part of commissions with elaboration of factual commission and subsequently includes the project of acquisition of factory building and assembly room with financial analysis of the whole project.
Proposal of Information Support for Operational Management

This thesis describes problems of information systems for manufacturing management. Thesis is divided into three parts. First part contains necessary definitions, basic requirements and described general principle of ERP systems. Second part is focused on analysis in TVD, a.s. company. Company's processes are analysed and their support by information system is described. Last part is designed as a proposal of potential solution of problems identified by analysis in previous part. Implementations of new functionalities of currently used ERP information system solution are designed.
Analysis and Proposal for an Improvement of the Production Process

This thesis deals with the flow of orders in Araplast s.r.o, a road sign-manufacturing company. First part of the thesis is theoretical and explains the basic principles of production. Second part deals with practical aspects – detection of problems in the manufacturing process based on analysis of the current situation. On this basis, I propose my own solution to improve and streamline production. Finally, I confront the current situation with proposed solution and evaluate contribution of the solution.
Order Management in the Company

This thesis deals with order management process in a company that deals with different types of tyres. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to determination of issues that arise during processing of orders and cause reduction of the profit. Description of these issues is included in the analysis of a specific order. The thesis includes proposals for improvements of the procurement, a solution for arising problems and proposals for changes leading to better economic efficiency and more efficient business processes. These suggestions are not only related to the sole execution of the orders, but also to the overall performance of the company. The thesis contains also an economic quantification of the benefits of proposed solutions.
Production Order Proces Management

In this bachelor thesis I will deal with managing the contract through production. I chose a particular company for this theme, where I drew materials from and then processed the procedure of the contract implementation. Further I focused on the analysis of the current business situation and on my own proposal of resolutions in my work. I applied these proposals and consequently consider their benefits.

The diploma thesis focuses on the manufacturing order management in company. It contains examples of production systems and their analysis for optimization. During the optimization are monitored major criteria, for example: increase of production rate, resource utilization, and so on. The result of this work is a proposed solutionarising from the outputs of optimization the manufacturing system.
Optimization of Supply and Storage of Materials for Just-in-Time Production

The purpose of this research was to investigate the material flow and logistics related to the ZKL Brno a.s. The thesis undertakes an extensive review of literature related to the ZKL Brno industry and its operations management. More specifically it seeks to critically analyse the company’s supply chain, just in time production as well as stock control. According to the findings presented within the thesis, many results were in line with the literature review and further adding weight to the general operations management theory. Nevertheless a number of issues were encountered and through further analyses the thesis disclosed a number of areas suitable for academically justifiable improvements.
