The thesis contains theoretical foundations, then an analysis of the current state is conducted, based on which a new information system is proposed. The last chapter includes risk management, time analysis for the implementation and economic evaluation.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací reportingového modulu SMDH Report pro software využívaný v automatizovaných pilnicích. Cílem bylo vyvinout modul, který umožňuje efektivní sledování, úpravu a sdílení dat z měřících stanic. Práce začíná teoretickým základem, kde jsou vysvětleny klíčové koncepty. Následuje analýza aktuálního stavu a potřeb, na jejímž základě bylo možné navrhnout aplikaci. Implementace zahrnovala integraci s existujícími systémy a testování nového modulu. Výsledkem je plně funkční aplikace, která je již nasazena v produkčním prostředí a přináší značné zlepšení v procesech zpracování dat ve firmách.

Diplomová práce se zaobírá tématem výběru a implementace informačního systému ve vybrané společnosti, která se zabývá celosvětovým prodejem autodílů prostřednictvím e-shopu. Bude využito externích a interních analýz, a také výzkumných metod pro stanovení klíčových požadavků na informační systém. Následně bude vybráno vhodné řešení ve dvoustupňovém výběru. Proveden kompletní návrh řešení, včetně nákladů a přínosů. V poslední části bude stanoven návrh plánu implementace a analýza rizik v souvislosti s implementací nového řešení.

The main objective of this thesis is to design an information system for the automatic creation of digital invoices, their accounting, archiving and delivery to the client. In the first part of this diploma thesis, basic theoretical concepts and starting points are being described. In the second, analytical part, an analysis of the current state is worked out. The results of the analytical part are subsequently used in the design of the system itself, in the third,design part of this diploma thesis.

The first step is the processing of the theoretical part, which will serve as a basis for the other two main parts of the work. After defining the theoretical starting points, an analytical part will be developed, with the help of which the selection of a new information system and its implementation will be able to take place.

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze a optimalizaci informačního systému nakladatelství TheSoul Publishing. Cílem práce je zlepšit procesy tvorby zpráv, sběru statistik a zpracování informací. Těžiště práce spočívá v návrhu změn vedoucích ke zvýšení efektivity a lepší integraci komponent systému. Byla provedena ekonomická analýza navrhovaných změn, která prokázala výraznou úsporu času a nákladů.

The thesis focuses on defining the issues of information systems in a hotel company. The thesis is divided into three parts. It includes theoretical background, analysis of the current external and internal environment of the company, analysis of strengths and weaknesses and analysis of the information system. In the final part, there are proposals for improvements in the functioning of information systems that could be implemented in practice.
