Systematics of records and management of stable serial parts for control of functional test stations

This thesis deals with the design of single record keeping and management of stable serial parts that can be used for checking functional test stations. The work contains one main proposal and two other proposals resulting from the goal of introducing single record keeping. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical, dealing with theoretical concepts. The second part focuses on mapping the method of recording meters, stable serial parts and the software environment. In the third part, a solution to the single record keeping based on the analytical part is proposed.

Agile project management framework

The thesis discusses agile project management methodologies and their application to the management of a selected project in order to increase the efficiency of web application and software development management. An analysis of the current state and literature search leads to a proposal for the implementation of Scrum methodology that helps the company in responding to changing customer requirements. This implementation is then evaluated in the benefits of the proposed solutions.

Workplace reconstruction project

This master's thesis focuses on managing a workplace reconstruction project, from which the company anticipates opportunities for growth and improvement of individual processes. The selected company has been dealing with issues of insufficient production capacity and the segregation of its workplaces for a long time. One potential solution is relocating to another facility, however it requires reconstruction first. The thesis contains a proposal how such a reconstruction could take place.

Improving the production process after implementation new technology

This bachelor thesis deals with the improvement of the production process after the introduction of a new technology so that the improvement would be carried out by the appropriate design after the analysis of the actual state of the selected process. The work is done for the company NOMINAL CZ OBCHODNÍ, s. r. o., which is engaged in the production of healthy food. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical bases that were key to the creation of the analytical part. It is more closely devoted to the identification and specification of problems, which are then solved in the design part, which recommends the company to take certain measures. These measures are then evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively.

Production preparation in business model

This master thesis deals with the design of technological preparation of production and product manufacturing together with the design of a model company established in the premises of the LAPROCO business process management laboratory. This model enterprise is intended to support the teaching of the Bachelor's degree programme in Process Management. The analysis describes the laboratory including its equipment and the curriculum and its content. The design part then deals with the outline of the model enterprise and its activities.

Process Optimization in the Company

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the proposal of optimization of the quality area in a model company. The model company will serve as a training center using a business process management laboratory, especially as a support for the teaching of the Process Management study program. The work deals with the analysis of available equipment and the design of support for the quality area. The solution is based on the first prototype in the model company, it reflects the current state of the current use of the laboratory and the opportunities or limitations resulting from the already purchased equipment.

The master thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part defines the partial theoretical background within the chosen topic, the second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the selected company and last but not least the suggestions for improvement in the problematic segments are completely described.

Improving the production process

This bachelor thesis is focused on business processes, where the aim is to propose improvements to the production processes in the manufacture of a cylindrical rotor, in order to increase productivity and reduce costs. The thesis is carried out in Innomotics Ltd. The theoretical part defines and describes the basic concepts related to the process and its possible analyses. The analytical part is then used to introduce the company and their processes, but is primarily concerned with mapping the production process, focusing mainly on material flow, productivity at each site and transport between sites. Based on the analyses, proposals are then made that aim to improve the entire production process. Finally, the overall benefits of this proposal for the company and its financial cost are also evaluated.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the quality of production of air conditioning hoses in a selected company. The thesis addresses the purchase of a new machine for the brushing process and the feasibility of this investment. The thesis is divided into three parts, with the first part devoted to the theoretical background for the work. The second, analytical part, thoroughly examines the production process and quality-related issues that may arise during production. The final part is the proposal section, where the purchase of a new machine is proposed and the feasibility of this investment is examined.
