Modern vibrodiagnostics of machines and evaluation of datasets by neural networks
Koníček, Tomáš ; Holoubek, Tomáš (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This Master‘s thesis focuses on technical diagnostics with an emphasis on vibrodiagnostics of machines and equipment. The aim is to carry out research on vibration monitoring using modern on-line systems and to investigate the possibilities of processing the acquired data files using neural networks. Vibration monitoring from Siemens SIPLUS CMS is analyzed, including a description of individual hardware and software components. The work also focuses on machine diagnostics using a real model equipped with the SIPLUS CMS system in cooperation with the SIMATIC S7-1200 programmable automaton. The obtained data will be transferred via the FTP protocol for further processing in the Matlab program. Neural network models will be designed and used, which will be trained on the measured data. Convolutional neural network model will be used. The results will be evaluated and a conclusion will be drawn.
Risks in technical diagnostics
Machů, Roman ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Hájková, Alena (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of risks in technical diagnostics. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part attention is paid to technical diagnostics in general and its methods. The second part then summarises the risk issues in general, including examples of different risk assessment techniques. Tables containing examples of the risks associated with selected methods of technical diagnostics, i.e. vibrodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics, electrodiagnostics and thermodiagnostics, have subsequently been produced. These risks have been assessed and mitigation measures have been proposed for significant risks.
Optimized Power Factor Compensation Using Capacitor Banks
Kseňak, Ján ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Poliščuk, Radek (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is the design of a power factor controller for the power grid, including HMI. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into two logical units. The first unit explain the problem of power factor correction in a linear electrical environment, without considering harmonic distortion. The second theoretical unit describes the technologies, applied in cooperative simulation environment. A virtual commissioning of the whole system was performed in the simulated environment. The empirical part of the thesis describes the architecture of the Mosaik simulation framework. Then folows description of the controller, its integral components and the HMI. In the last chapter, the whole system was put into virtual operation, in order to perform function tests. The controller was tested on change of the power factor setpoint and to test the reaction on system change, without losing the power factor compenation.
Modern approaches in the analysis and evaluation of vibrations in machines and equipment
Mikuš, Juraj ; Poliščuk, Radek (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The thesis focuses on modern approaches in technical diagnostics. As a part of the implementation, an online monitoring system SIPLUS CMS1200 was programmed. The measured data were transferred using the FTP protocol to a local server. The analysis of the measured data was conducted using CMS X-Tools software. The result of the work is a functional monitoring system that continuously monitors the machine's condition while keeping the operator informed about the current state of the monitored variables. This system helps to prevent unplanned downtime and also financial losses.
Electric drives in engineering
Štos, Vojtěch ; Hájková, Alena (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the basics of electric drives in mechanical engineering. The initial chapter includes their definition and classification. The following chapter deals with the general mechanical and electrical properties of electric actuators. The remaining part of the thesis is devoted to a detailed description of the different types of motors. A special chapter is devoted to motors that find their application mainly in automation technology. The last chapter focuses on the control and regulation with regard to the control and regulation of electrical drives.
Modern approaches to maintenance in engineering practice
Vašíček, Martin ; Hájková, Alena (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on maintenance. The first part presents the current maintenance standard entitled "Maintenance-Maintenance Terminology" and the older standard with the same name, which was replaced by the current standard. The work describes the types of maintenance according to each of these standards and compares them with each other. In the second part, modern approaches to maintenance in engineering practice are presented. The third part is focused on one of these modern approaches, namely TPM. The fourth part is focused on the implementation of TMP in two companies.
Proactive system maintenance machines in engineering practice
Križanová, Bronislava ; Řezníčková, Hana (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of proactive maintenance of machine tools. Different systems of maintenance, most widespread methods of diagnostics are described in the thesis and then there is selection of appropriate method of technical diagnostic state for machine tools in company. Tribological diagnostic is developing method and apposite for any kind of machines with lubricating system or machining emulsion. In practical part, it is focused on the analysis of installed maintenance system in the company, overview of actual analysis and measuring instruments of tribological diagnostic for machine tool. Prior to the end the process in field of proactive solving of systems of maintenance has been recommended for SMC Industrial Automation CZ LLC Vyškov.
Monitoring differential pressure of filters
Vacek, Jiří ; Kratochvíl, Petr (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
In this bachelor thesis is at first dealt with pressure, pressure, manometers, technical diagnostics and monitoring. In next part is analysis of methods of particle filters on basis of published academical papers. Following part introduces reader with current state of filter monitoring in production areas of BOSCH DIESEL ltd. and continues with choosing of pilot area for application of differential pressure monitoring method and designs solution itself. In the last part of the thesis is simple financial analysis and roll-out ideas for this method.
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in Business Practice
Morcinková, Lenka ; Nahodil, Petr (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
Master’s thesis is concerned with maintenance management in manufacturing companies focusing on TPM. The first part of the thesis deals with the topic theoretically and proposes possible solution in company Siemens Electric Machines s.r.o. based on system analysis. The practical part then describes the current state of maintenance management and recommend various measures to improve autonomous, scheduled and reactive maintenance in this company.
