Detached house

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is design documentation of a detached house with horse stables. Both buildings are situated in Moravský Krumlov. The detached house is designed as a wooden house with a partial basement and two ground floors. Enterance to the house is oriented to the north. Behind the house is standing horse stable with one ground floor and pen. The structural system of the building is based on the Porotherm system.
Multifunctional building, Brumov - Bylnice

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional building, which consists of parking lots, store section, office as well as dwelling units. Multifunctional building has four above-ground floors, full basement and a flat roof. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions to be designed according to legislation and standards. In the basement there are parking lots, the ground flood is used as a store section, the first floor consists of office units designed for start-up companies. The third and fourth floor consists dwelling units from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments. The building has a concrete frame structure combined with a masonry system from Porotherm ceramic pieces. Horizontal load bearing system is designed of two way reinforced concrete slabs. Walls bellow the ground level are made from core-filled reinforced concrete blocks. The building is supported by the spread footing concrete system. Multifunctional building is situated in flat terrain in the city of Brumov-Bylnice.
Multifunctional Building

The subject of the thesis is the preparation of part of the project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building in the village of Holubice. The building is set in a slightly sloping plot, adjacent to the municipal road on the south-west side and to the railway siding on the north-east side. The proposed object is trapezoidal in shape, free standing, generally basement and has three floors above ground. Underground garages are planned in the first underground floor. On the first above-ground floor, there is a dentist's office, a pediatrician's office and the premises necessary for the operation of the building. There are apartments on the second and third floors.

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is the design of an apartment building in Horní Maršov, a village located in Eastern Giant Mountains near Trutnov city. The building plot is located in the built-up center of the village near the square. The floor plan of the house is simple, rectangular. The construction system of the house is a wall made of ceramic bricks with ceilings made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is designed as a vegetation, counter, double-skinned with extensive greenery. The height of the building is divided into four above-ground and one underground floor, which are connected by a two-armed staircase with intermediate landings and an elevator. In the basement, there is a utility room, facilities for tenants. On the first floor there is a rental unit suitable as surgery. The apartment building has a total of 14 residential units designed from size 1 + KK to size 4 + 1, including a unit for people with limited mobility and orientation located on the first floor.
Apartment house

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to design a design documentation for an apartment building. The property is located on plot 4954/1 in the cadastral territory of the town of Žilina. The apartment house has three above-ground floors, and it is house with cellar. The entrance to the house is designed on the half landing. In each above-ground floor there are 3 flats, there are 9 flats in the whole house. Two flats are designed as 3+KK and there are mirror-facing opposite each other. The middle flat is designed as 2+KK. Flats are available from the main landing staircase. In the mirror of the staircase there is an elevator. The building is designed in the construction wall system Porotherm. Ceiling constructions are designed as prestressed panels spiroll. The staircase, including landings, are designed as a monolithic ceiling. The foundation constructions under the walls are designed as a strip foundations.
Residence Lužická

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of documentation for the construction of a residential building. The proposed building is located in the Horní Kosov district of Jihlava. It is designed as a detached building with four above-ground and one underground floor. There are a total of 12 residential units in the building, the units located on the 2nd floor and above have spacious balconies. Each apartment has its own cellar located on the underground floor, where there is also a carriage room, utility room, cleaning room, cellar for rent and a gym accessible only to residents of the apartment building. On the 1st floor there are two offices with their own entrances. The individual floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator. The building is based on a reinforced concrete slab, the vertical load-bearing structures consist of concrete poured blocks in the basement and ceramic blocks above the ground. The entire building is insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system. Horizontal structures are made of prestressed reinforced concrete slabs Spiroll. The roofing is designed as a vegetated flat roof with an attic. The residential building is designed as nearly zero energy building.
Multifunctional Building

The subject of the diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a building permit for a multi-purpose building in Havlíčková Brod. The multipurpose building is designed as a four-story basement building. There is a cafe on the first floor. In the other above-ground floors, there are administrative spaces. In the underground floor there is a collective garage with 30 parking spaces (of which two are reserved for the disabled), a boiler room and an engine room. The vertical structural system is designed as a skeleton with infill masonry. The horizontal supporting structures consist of reinforced concrete locally supported ceiling slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-layer flat green roof.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a detached family house with a design office. The building is designed on a plot of land, which is located on the outskirts of the village Drásov in the district of Brno-venkov, the terrain is flat. The family house is designed as a detached, no basement. The proposed building consists of three parts, a one-storey garage, a two-storey residential part and a single-storey business premises, a design office, which is designed to be used as a barrier-free apartment. Vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks, ceiling structures from ceramic inserts and ceramic concrete beams. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof.

The bachelor´s thesis whit the topic of a residential building Olsav prepares project documentation at the level for construction. The building is located in built-up area of the housing estate Olsav in the southwest of Uhersky Brod. The building is situated in a slightly sloping terrain with maximum elevation 1,4 m. The shape of the plot is irregular with gradient from northeast to southwest. The main purpose was to create comfortable and achievable living for young families. It is a newly built four-storey apartment building, which is partially basement. The apartment building has a total of 14 residential units, cellars and technical facilities of the house. The size range is from 2+kk to 6+kk. It is a rugged house with the main entrance from northwest side. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks. The whole building is insulated with a certified contact thermal insulation systém. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and five footing also made of plain concrate. The foundations will be connected in stages. Horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roofing of the building is designed by a single-skin flat roof.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Domašov u Brna. It is a partially basement building with three floors. In the basement there is a common recreation area, technical rooms and cellars of individual housing units. On the first floor there are two apartments with a size of 3 + 1 and one apartment with a size of 2 + 1. These apartments are complemented by an outdoor terrace with a front garden. In the rest of this floor there is a cleaning room, a common room and a bicycle shed. The second floor is similar to the first, but instead of common areas there is one more 2 + 1 apartment. The apartments on the second floor are complemented by balconies. On the third floor there are two apartments 4 + kk and they are complemented by terraces situated to the west. It is a brick building made of THERM ceramic blocks. The construction system is mixed and based on foundations strips. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic ceiling slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof structure. The building is also equipped with an elevator and wheelchair access. In front of the building there are twenty-four outdoor parking spaces, one of them is for people with reduced mobility. Access to the building is possible through paved areas. The whole building is insulated with the ETICS system. Facade colors are designed in shades of white and gray with anthracite fillings of openings.
