Předmětem této bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace k Novostavbě bytového domu v Domašově u Brna. Jedná se o částečně podsklepený objekt se třemi nadzemními podlažími. V suterénu se nachází společná rekreační část, technické místnosti a sklepní koje jednotlivých bytových jednotek. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází dva byty o velikosti 3+1 a jeden byt o velikosti 2+1. Tyto byty jsou doplněny o venkovní terasu s předzahrádkou. Ve zbylé části tohoto podlaží se nachází úklidová místnost, společenská místnost a kolárna. Druhé podlaží se podobá prvnímu, ale místo společných prostor je zde o jeden byt 2+1 navíc. Byty ve druhém podlaží jsou doplněny o balkóny. Ve třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází dva byty 4+kk a jsou doplněny o terasy situované na západ. Jedná se o zděný objekt z keramických bloků typu THERM. Konstrukční systém je smíšený a založen na základových pasech. Stropní konstrukce jsou navrženy jako monolitické stropní desky. Zastřešení je řešeno jako jednoplášťová plochá střešní konstrukce. Objekt je dále vybaven výtahem a bezbariérovým přístupem. Před objektem se nachází dvacet čtyři venkovní stání, z toho jedno pro osoby se sníženou schopností pohybu. Přístup do budovy je umožněn po zpevněných plochách. Celý objekt je zateplen systémem ETICS. Fasádní barvy jsou navrženy v odstínech bílé a šedé s antracitovými výplněmi otvorů. The subject of this bachelor thesis is project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Domašov u Brna. It is a partially basement building with three floors. In the basement there is a common recreation area, technical rooms and cellars of individual housing units. On the first floor there are two apartments with a size of 3 + 1 and one apartment with a size of 2 + 1. These apartments are complemented by an outdoor terrace with a front garden. In the rest of this floor there is a cleaning room, a common room and a bicycle shed. The second floor is similar to the first, but instead of common areas there is one more 2 + 1 apartment. The apartments on the second floor are complemented by balconies. On the third floor there are two apartments 4 + kk and they are complemented by terraces situated to the west. It is a brick building made of THERM ceramic blocks. The construction system is mixed and based on foundations strips. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic ceiling slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof structure. The building is also equipped with an elevator and wheelchair access. In front of the building there are twenty-four outdoor parking spaces, one of them is for people with reduced mobility. Access to the building is possible through paved areas. The whole building is insulated with the ETICS system. Facade colors are designed in shades of white and gray with anthracite fillings of openings.
