The utilization of elastomers in forming technologies
Knebl, Martin ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The project developed within the bachelor study (branch B2339-00 Mechanical engineering) deals with creation of a review of technologies in the field of forming using elastomers to manufacture desired parts. On the basis of studying literature focused on forming problems the review of these special forming methods and their brief description were developed. Further, the project includes examples of forming machines currently using these methods and appropriate products. The data were obtained from internet sources.
Production of exhaust pipe
Frňka, Martin ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
This work introduces a design of a technology of producing an exhaust pipe. It's semi-finished product is a pipe about a diameter of 76 mm, and the thickness of it's side made of steel 11 320 is 2 mm. Based on a literary study of problematics of bending there was designed bending by minding with a ball thorn and an exterminator. The whole bending set will be fixed to a machine ELECT 150. The procesed production process includes chopping after bending on a circular saw which is followed by insertion of a complete product on a pallet.
The Production Technology of cover
Smejkal, Marek ; Hušek, Martin (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
MAREK SMEJKAL: Drawing technology of cover. Bachelor´s thesis of combined studies, study program INDUSTRY. The branch mechanical engineering, level 1, 3rd grade, academic year 2010/2011. FME of Brno University of technology, May 2011, 46 pages, 5 tables. The project written in the frame of studies branch Manufacturing Technology (B2307) is submitting design of technology production of cover. The part is made of sheet metal ČSN 11 320.21 / W.Nr.1.032, 1,5 mm thick. Based on the literature study the problem of deep drawing was drawn for a given part the manufacturing process. Annual production is 200 000 pieces. There are no special mechanical demands for the part.
Forming technologies of non-ferrous materials
Zuhla, Michal ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
This work is focused on the surface forming, in particular, non-ferrous metals. There are described methods of cutting, drawing and bending. For each of these methods are listed and summarized the issues. There are also given individual production technologies cutting, drawing and bending, along with examples of products and their use. The work is complemented with an overview of the most important non-ferrous metals. For these metals are described their properties, suitability for molding and their alloys.
Production of cover drain
Hollein, Radek ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with the design of producing the cover drain. The cover serves to catch impurities while draining liquids. The part is made of 1.4301 stainless steel, using 1-mm thick sheet metal. The size of the annual production series is 30,000 units. As an optimal method of production, progressive cutting and shallow drawing were selected in a combined and a one-purpose tool. Technological and design calculations were performed according to which tools were designed. The LENP 100 press was selected considering the total required pressing force. The cost of one piece production was calculated at 18.91 CZK and the production becomes profitable with annual production higher than 19,478 units per year.
Wire Drawing Technology
Štys, Michal ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The paper presents current research on the technology of wire drawing with focusing on the analysis of process factors, their calculation and influence on the process itself. The research describes drawing methods and technological process of wire drawing. The work also deals with geometry and die materials and their effects on process quality and tool wear. Subsequently this thesis analyses currently used machines and their advantages and disadvantages. As well as their suitability for use depending on the materials of the drawn wires and economic profitability. At the end of the thesis, unconventional methods of wire drawing and their future development estimation are presented.
Production of socket wrench
Kryštof, Marek ; Forejt, Milan (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
This thesis propses the design of production of a socket wrench. A socket wrench is used as safety wrench for loosening safety screws of the car wheels. The proper technology for production was chosen based on the component requirements. The component is made by using metal extrusion and heading. The starting blank for metal forming was chosen steel rod made of 1.7131 steel (ČSN 14 220) with a diameter of 26 milimeters. The safety wrench will be made by doublecrank press GTX-300H. Production will be done in three operations.
Form shim manufacturing by compound tool
Bartoš, Martin ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
Purpose of this diploma thesis is a design of a compound tool for manufacturing the form shim. The form shim is made by shearing and bending technology from steel sheet 11 343.1. Thickness is 2 mm. On the basis of a literary study and design calculations was designed the compound tool, which will manufacture this component by 4 actions on the automated line containing rewinder, feeding levelling machine and eccentric press with designed compound tool. Economic calculations show that the designed manufacturing is profitable.
Manufacturing of sheet parts by drawing technology
Konvičný, Denis ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
Drawing techniques are extensively used in the engineering practice so that there is minimal waste of material and, therefore, its use is highly economical. They are used in the serial, as well as mass production and the forming machines for these techniques have high output. This thesis is focused on the issues of the production of sheet metal components by the drawing technique. It describes individual types of the drawing techniques and the production of components of rotary shapes focusing on the acquiring of dimensions of a semi-finished product for cylindrical cups.
Sheet Metal Stretch Forming Process
Lorenc, Tomáš ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
In this work, elaborated in the bachelor study, there is a general overview of the sheet metal stretch forming methods. The stretch forming processes shift the boundary properties of the materials and merge process of drawing and bending into one operation. That's why it's possible to do products from materials, which can not be possible to form by other methods in the same quality Positives of this technology are the minimization of cushioning, the production of complex, precise surface shapes, etc. The contribution of this work is a systematic summary of the principles that should be used as a tool for teaching or as a basis for the wider development of this method.
