Bachelor thesis with name "Dignified dying and death" deals issue of dignified exit from life. Theoretical part of thesis is focused on mans dignity, dying, death, paliative care, hospice care and euthanasia. Purpose of this thesis is to find out differences in opinions on question about dying and death between students to 26 years old, employed persons to 65 years old and seniors above 70 years old. Between these groups I make quantitative research. I choose questionnaire method. I collected their attitude to dying and death, opinions on euthanasia, ideas about dignified exit from life and what is their knowledge about paliative care and euthanasia. Some results are surprising and alarming. My thesis should lead especially to thought above last days of man.
Spiritual needs of clients of the Charity home

Abstract: The bachelor's thesis deals with the problems of spiritual needs of the religious sister living in the Charity home. The research was done in the form of an anonym questionnaire and a structured dialog. 59 respondents aged 72-97 were asked. They were divided into three groups: religious sisters living in the Charity home (28), religious sisters living in the convent (15), and senior-women living in the old people's home (16). The research confirmed the importance of spiritual needs in the sphere of practicing the faith for the religious sisters. Compared with the senior-women the religious sisters showed themselves to be more satisfied with the fulfillment of these needs.

Ageism - Attitudes of Students Towards the Seniors

This thesis deals with ageism - student attitudes towards the elderly. The theoretical part focuses on aging and old age, ageism, communication with the elderly, seniors leisure. The work also figuring out what is the attitude of students to senior citizens, and whether a different approach with students from high schools and universities. The thesis then determines whether it is a different approach for students who study focused on school health and school without a focus on health care. Data were obtained through a questionnaire, which included 18 questions for students from different schools. The survey was conducted a total of 78 students.
