Institutional Framework of the Financial Market and Regulatory Issue

The first aim of this thesis is to tackle the deficiencies within the system of financial regulation. Furthermore, it aims to assess the submitted and even the already adopted proposals. The aims cannot be achieved without an analysis of the causes of the global financial crisis 2007-2009, because it helps to understand a range of deficiencies in the system of financial regulation. A global financial crisis of that magnitude cannot be traced to a single cause but was instead the result of multiple interconnected causes, which are examined at the macroeconomic as well as microeconomic level.

Optimization of social services for children with special educational needs in the Microregion of Bystřicko

Thesis deals with location, diversity and capacity of social services for children with special educational needs in the Microregion of Bystřicko. It characterizes the current situation of target group and number of children with special educational needs in the microregion. It also surveys the current state of providers and services offered to the target group. It responds to data collected from interviews with chiefs of institutions and head of section of social affairs and health. The proposal represents solutions to community social services plan for the city of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem during the years from 2008 to 2016 and it reacts by optimizing of social services with its own draft resolution, which takes into account the number of children with special educational needs and priorities in providing comprehensive care for the target group.

Optimalization of social services for seniors in Microregion Bystricko.

This bachelor thesis is focus on dislocation, capability and variability of social services for seniors in Microregion Bystricko. Also define present situation in Microregion, determine the number of seniors, rate on the economically active population and population ageing process in Microregion. The subject is surveying present situation of providers and service offer for target group seniors and reacts to indications that was elicit from interviews with managers of social services and department of healthcare and social affairs in Microregion Bystricko. This publication presents the way of resolution in model of resolution in community planning of social services in Bystrice nad Pernstejnem 2008-2016 and optimalization of present situation with regard to development trends in Microregion. It is based on results of needs assessment for social services users in Bystrice nad Pernstejnem in 2006.

Media mix development from 1996 with 2016 prediction

The thesis is focused on analyzing the media mix development from 1996 with prediction of 2016. The theoretical part characterizes particular media (classification, efficiency and their advantage). I analyze both media mix and macroeconomics trend in the practical part because I assume that this two factors influence each other. As future development prediction I compare the questionnaire result to statistic simulated data.

Olympic Games in Prague 2016 or 2020

This graduation is concerned with the possibility of organizing the Olympic Games in Prague. It finds out positives and negatives presented by the supporters and opponents of the Games planned in terms 2016 or 2020 and regards a traffic impact on the infrastructure and everyday life in Prague before, during and after the Olympic Games. Finally it supports the variants of the efficiency sporting facilities after the end of the Games by the multicriterial optimization depending on the facility location.

The utilization of RUP methodology in small-scale web application development in PHP 5 environment

Práce se snaží zhodnotit možnosti využití metodiky RUP při realizaci projektu vývoje konkrétního informačního systému s danými parametry. Těmito parametry jsou malý rozsah, webová platforma a technologické prostředí PHP 5. V úvodu se práce zaobírá úlohou metodik při vývoji software, následuje představení metodiky RUP. Dále je probírána metodická podpora specifických charakteristik projektů. Vlastním přínosem práce je vytvoření vlastní instance metodiky RUP vhodné pro definovaný projekt a na základě zkušeností s metodikou pak zhodnocení využitelnosti metodiky RUP pro daný projekt a návrh změn metodiky.

Economic problems of staging Olympic Games in Prague

Diplomová práce se zabývá připraveností Prahy na možné pořádání olympijských her v roce 2016 nebo 2020. Námět práce vychází z uvažované kandidatury Prahy a probíhajících diskuzí na toto téma. V první části práce je popisována příprava, organizace a finanční výsledky olympijských her v Aténách v roce 2004. Z aténských her jsou vyvozeny závěry pro pražskou kandidaturu. Druhá část práce analyzuje připravenost Prahy a ČR na možné pořádání olympijských her. Jsou zde uváděny hlavní problémy Prahy a ČR, které výrazně ohrožují možné pořádání her v plánovaných termínech.
