Study of Unique Bracelets from Early Bronze Age

This paper aims to assess two unique bracelets from several points of view, including the history of their discovery, their typological and chronological classification, and analysis of the material from which they were made - above all, analysis of the corrosion layers and surviving textile and human skin imprints, as well as questions of conservation.

Restaurování a konzervace laténského meče

The primary aim of this paper is to demonstrate an example of restoration of a La Téne Period sword. The secondary aim is to highlight the importance of firstly studying the artefact to determine the fabrication technology and also to examine the corrosion products strtigraphy so as to localise the original surface before commencing restoration. Finally, the benefits of collaboration between specialists to reveal the maximum archaeological information are explained in this sword restoration treatment.

The bachelor thesis is concenrned to describing the underlying causes of threats and damage tengible cultural heritage. The bachelor thesis is focused on typing of their respective owners and describing the problems associated with it. Closely examines the work of some the main causes of demage and threats and propose their solutions. Individual knowledge of the theoretical part are demonstrated in practical examples from the Czech Republic.

The importance of industrial heritage and the possibility of its conversion for cultural purposes

Bachelor thesis is devoted unused industrial premises and possibilities of their adaptation to a new post. The first part focuses on the value and potential of industrial heritage. It is compared the negative impacts of unused brownfield sites in the city with a positive contribution to their reuse. It is considered a possibility to use technical monuments as a seat of cultural organizations in the second part. The text mentions several international examples of this type of conversion. Subsequently, on the basis of mutual comparison of several Prague industrial sites used by cultural organizations have evaluated the pros and cons of their coexistence.
