Center of Rest in Lavičky

The topic of this master´s thesis is a new building design of recreation centre in Lavičky and processing of project documentation for this building realization. This thesis is furthermore completed with two specializations. It deals specifically with a specialisation in the field of technical facilities of buildings – heating and air conditioning. The recreation centre is a complex of two units that will provide restaurant and accommodation services with leisure activities facilities. In one of the units there is designed an accommodation facility with smaller wellness area, in the other unit there is designed a restaurant. The estate where the units are located occurs in the north part of the village Lavičky. This locality is built up by family houses and apartment blocks. The architectural solution of the designed units follows on from the concept of simple country object where the object has the shape of rectangle ground plan and is roofed by typical saddle roof. The building of the restaurant and also the guest house is in the shape of rectangle and is roofed by double sheathed saddle roof with metal folded roofing in dark grey colour. As well it utilises modern elements of architecture as big window openings or dormers. The filling of the openings will be accomplished by wooden windows in natural shade. The façade of the units is designed in that way to match both unis together. It is solved by white façade paint in combination with cement splinter panels imitating wood or cement splinter panels in grey colour and is completed by outdoor wooden pergola or wooden storm porch. The wall base part is formed by mosaic façade in grey colour. The layout solution of the units follows on from operation requirements of the particular services and they are separated in space for customers and for operation space. The subject of this bachelor thesis is completing the documentation of a building part to the new family house building with bureau premises in Velké Meziříčí. The family house is designed as a slab-on-ground facility with two floors above ground. The facility ground area is of a rectangular shape. The second floor above ground is roofed-over with a flat roof. Facility entrances are on the first floor above ground where there are bureau spaces and technical rooms of the family house. In the second floor above ground there is a quite zone of the householders with entrance to the passable terrace over the garage space. The carrier facility structure is created by a brick constructional system Porotherm with ceilings from ceramic inserts Miako. The facility floors are connected through a reinforced concrete staircase. The project documentation is draw-up according to currently valid laws, regulations and standards.

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is working out a design project of a two-storey family house in Brno-Ivanovice. This is a detached house with a cellar and two above-round floors. The family house has been projected for a four to five-member family. In the basement there is located wine storage, a store and a staircase. The first above-ground floor is comprised of an entrance to the garage and on the toilet. Continuing from the wind lobby we get to the lounge part of the family house consisting of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a pantry. From the living room there is an entrance to the terrace. In the back part is located a technical room, a guest room, a sauna and a relax room. The garage is dimensioned for one car. Stairway leads to the second above-ground floor where there are two children's rooms, a bedroom, a toilet, a bathroom, a dressing room. Balcony can be accessed from bedroom, the terrace above the garage can be accesed from the children's room. Vertical, external walls in the basement are made of sand lime blocks Silka S12 - 1800. The vertical external walls in the above-ground parts of the house are made of aerated concrete blocks Ytong P2 - 400, 300 mm. The vertical inner walls structures are made of aerated concrete blocks Ytong P2 - 400, 300 mm. Vertical, inner, non-load bearing structures are made of aerated concrete blocks Ytong P2 - 500, 125 mm. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs, C30 / 37, steel B550B. The roof is warm flat , inslulated by polystyrene EPS 200S, the fallout is created by polystyren concrete PSB 50th.
